Overview: Phoenix is a very relaxed and easy-going man, which is strange for a lawyer. His easy-going nature is something that most people take advantage so he can foot the bill of large meals. His loyalty to his friends is unmatched, and he doesn't sway from his decision once his mind is made up. However, he also has a bit of a sarcastic side that he keeps to himself.

Henshin Sequence: Phoenix inserts an Engine Cell into his morpher, extending it forward while exclaiming "RPM, Get in Gear!". He then presses a button, which lets him connect to the bio-field matrix and provide the materials needed to make his suit. The same applies for RPM Yellow and Red.

Fighting Style: Phoenix tries to fight without fighting in civilian form. As a Ranger, though, he serves as the heavy hitter, using the Turbo Cannon when at a distance to provide cover fire for his teammates.

• Turbo Cannon - Blue's personal weapon, which does exactly what it looks like it does.
  
• Nitro Blaster/Saber - The RPM Ranger's sidearm, which can be used as both a sword and gun.
  
• Rail Saber - Essentially a stronger version of the Nitro Blaster. Can combine iwth the Nitro Blaster to form the Rail Blaster, using the Paleozord Engine Souls.
  

Abilities: Can stop time for ten seconds. This ability is drained with the use of their special attacks.
Finisher(s):

• Road Blaster - Combines the Turbo Cannon with the Street Saber and the Zip Charger. The attack fires the Zip Charger at the target, which becomes the mech whose Engine Soul is inserted into the cannon.
  
• RPM Enforcer - A combination of the Road Blaster and the Turbo Plasma Launcher, it fires an even more powerful shot, but similar to the Road Blaster in terms of execution.

History

Phoenix Wright was a normal child while growing up, although he didn't have any friends for most of his years. In fourth grade, he was accused of stealing money from his classmate, Miles Edgeworth, due to lack of an alibi. However, Miles and another classmate, Larry Butz, came to his defense, with Miles saying that they could not accuse Phoenix without evidence. After the case, the three became inseparable. However, after the DL-6 Case, where his father was killed, Miles transferred schools and moved out of town.

He later enrolled into Ivy University, where he studied art. Later on, when he heard stories about Miles Edgeworth, the Demon Prosecutor who would forge evidence in a case, he tried to contact him, only to be ignored. He began to study law as well, with the mentality that if he became a lawyer, Edgeworth would have to meet him in court eventually, and he could save his friend. He later met Dahlia Hawthorne in his third year, and started a relationship with her shortly thereafter after she wrote him a poem and gave him a bottle necklace. They dated for six months, with Dahlia asking for the necklace back, but Phoenix thought she was joking.

One day, Phoenix had lost his cold medicine, and was encountered by one of Dahlia's former lovers, Doug Swallow. After being told by him that Dahlia was dangerous, he pushed him to the ground and walked off. When he returned to the scene, there was a crowd around, and Doug was dead, Phoenix's cold medicine in his hand.

He was later arrested and put on trail for the murder of Doug, being defended by rookie defense attorney Mia Fey. He didn't cooperate with her at first, and when Mia said that Dahlia was the true culprit and the necklace contained a poison, Phoenix ran out of the courtroom. When he was brought back, he revealed that he had eaten the necklace.

After Mia told him to believe in her to avoid a conviction, he recounted the days events. Mia eventually showed that Dahlia intended to kill Phoenix by poisoning his cold medicine, but after seeing his encounter with Doug, she decided to kill Doug and frame Phoenix. Phoenix was given a Not Guilty verdict, and Mia told him to move on after seeing his depression that Dahlia betrayed him. Phoenix later studied law full-time, earning his badge with the number 26381 and becoming Mia's protegee.

Phoenix later took his first case on August 3rd, 2010, where he defended Larry in the murder of his former girlfriend. Phoenix won the trail, impressing the judge. His very next case involved the death of his mentor, his first meeting with Maya (who would assist him in his next two cases), and had him encounter Miles Edgeworth after several years, and defeated him in it, and the following trial. His fourth trial saw him defending Edgeworth against Manfred Von Karma, the most feared prosecutor in the world. After a tough struggle, it was discovered that Von Karma had both orchestrated the murder regarding the case and was Gregory Edgeworth's murderer during DL-6, and Edgeworth was proven innocent. After this case, Maya departed for her village in order to further train as a Spirit Medium

Phoenix and Edgeworth would once again go against each other in a case a few months later, where the Chief Prosecutor was being charged. The two worked together to find the truth of the case, and Phoenix won the trial after the murderer was revealed to be the chief of the police.

Now, though, he's in a slump. Since no one really paid him for defending them, he needs to keep the rent up. So when he found an advertisement for SPD holding tryouts for a something, he knew he may not be down on his luck for much longer...

Sample RP: Phoenix opened the door to his office and and sighed in relief, finally able to stop biking all the way from his house. He sat down at his desk and turned on his computer, waiting for it to boot up. Checking his answering machine, he found out that no one had called, and he sighed.

It had been rough for the Wright & Co. Law Offices. Ever since the Lana Skye case, he hadn't received any requests to ask him to defend someone in court. And he was already short on cash as it was; he was somehow only barely able to pay the rent for this place. "If only they paid me for defending them in court," Phoenix said to himself... though he knew it was probably his fault for being so easy-going.

As soon as the computer booted up, Phoenix opened his email and looked through it. "Junk, Junk, Junk, SPD, Junk, Jun--" He paused, and scrolled up to the SPD e-mail. Getting a look at it, his eyes widened. "I have to do this," Phoenix said. Looks like he'll be paying the rent a lot more easily now.

However, she is a little insecure about herself, which is why she became a net idol so she can feel better. While it isn't working out much for her, she still wants to see her friends happy, no matter what.

History

Moune was born an only child to a single mother. Throughout her school years, she spent most of her time alone due to her shyness. During the summer in between her second and third years of middle school, she met Eri Dalton, and the two became fast friends, spending nearly the entire summer together. However, the end of that summer was marked with tragedy, as Moune's mother was struck with an illness and was sent to the hospital, where she has remained ever since, coming home infrequently to spend time with her daughter outside the hospital.

It was during high school that Moune discovered her natural talents for mechanics, after having fixed one of her classmate's cars in only an hour and a half. She later got a part-time job at an auto/body shop so she could help pay for her mother's treatment. She continued to work until her final year of high school, when the shop went out of business. She spent the better part of her time after high school looking for another shop to work out, while offering her experience as a mechanic to those in need. She eventually found an ad from SPD, looking for new members. Moune, seeing this, decided to go for it, thinking that maybe her mother can finally get out of the hospital this way.

OOC Stuff
Sample RP: Moune stood in front of the Dekabase, shaking out of nervousness. She heard that SPD had positions open, so she hoped to apply for a mechanic's position. Even if they had several already, she'd rather have a position where she'd be useful rather than one where she wasn't. However, the only other person she saw here was a man in a blue suit and rather strange hair. She titled her head a little at the man's hairstyle before walking inside, praying that she gets the job.

History

Kanna was your typical girl in her early years. She played with dolls, had tea parties, and was very proper. That all changed in middle school, where she traded in her dresses for denim, and started to become more of a troublemaker. This persisted throughout high school, where she somehow managed to graduate despite the amount of fights she's been in (this can be attributed to her grades, which were fairly good). She later continued to pick fights after high school, encountering Inspector Jinno more than a few times. Because of his ability to be fooled, she told him numerous times that she'll start fighting for good reasons, rather than for no reason at all. As it was with those that met him before, though, she later got so caught up in her own lie that she made a vow to become a hero to do him proud.

Sample RP: Kanna was practicing her fighting prowess on a training dummy she had at home. The sweat forming on her brow indicated that she had been fighting for quite some time without breaks. She had heard from a Deka officer that someone named "Dr. K" or something was looking for someone to be one of her Rangers. It was a chance she couldn't pass up, so she spent the last few days training. The day was tomorrow, and she knew she only had one chance to appease this K person. She smirked to herself. "I'll show them what I can do," she said, kicking the dummy and knocking it off its stand.
