Kamen Rider G...still have to get around to watching that...it was some sort of special when Decade aired; I think it aired before Decade, actually, so that was the first appearance of the Decade suit.
Or I'm wrong and it aired during Decade.

It aired before Decade ergo being the first appearence of the Decade suit and the Phylloxera Worm that appeared as the villain in the Kabuto Ark. A lot of Kabuto stuff gets used, background music, monsters etc. They reuse an actor as well, Kenji Matsuda plays one of the mooks.
