Description: 180 centimeters tall and 64 kg, he is almost always in his Dekaranger uniform, as pictured. Otherwise he wears a white or blue button down shirt, an open vest, jeans, boots and a loose tie in various colors.

Morpher /Sequence: Hoji uses his SP License and presses the top button, drawing his arm back and throwing forward, shouting, "Emergency: Dekaranger!" His suit appears around his body instantly, gray for a split second, and then his visor and lights flash on his helmet, causing a flood of color to wash over him in a split second.
Description of Ranger Form: Like this but the black on his left side is now white, and he has the number VX, outlined slightly in black, but otherwise white. His boots are also white instead of blue. His visor can instantly analyze any foes and give him advanced calculations, allowing him to act with amazing speed and accuracy in a split second. When transforming, he says: "Evil cannot hide under the clear sky! Soaring through the vast openness! Detective of the sky: Dekasky!" Appears as pictured as DekaBlue.
Other Modes: DekaCloud; by snapping his fingers and shouting, "Change: DekaCloud!" his suit flashes and reverses, with the white and blue changing places so his suit is primarily white. In this form he can snap his fingers to make his suit steal mass from his body for a few moments, becoming like a cloud, being unable to be struck. His speed also increases in this form. When transforming, he says: "Hiding in the mist of darkness, evil cannot hide! Plowing through the mists; Detective of the mist: Dekacloud!"
Weapons:
- SP Shooter: A small white, weak, handgun in his civilian form.
- D-Knuckle: A knuckle weapon which increases an individual's punch.
- D-Rod: A staff weapon that combines with the Knuckle for a blaster mode. For Hoji, it becomes the D-Sniper. When combined with the Knuckle, when the Knuckle opens for the License to be set into it as a guard, it becomes the SP Sword, Hoji's strongest weapon.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Hoji is extremely professional, arrogant and cocky, but knows not to let such emotions get in the way, becoming cold and compassionless in battle. He doesn't let his personal life get in his way as a detective, preferring to call himself as one than an elite Tokkyou. He is very stubborn, wearing his body down to get better when he needs to be. He is an excellent sniper, able to get 100 out of 100 shots, no matter how difficult, thanks to natural skill, tenacity and his suit helping him through analysis. He is prone to blurting out English phrases or words (italicized), and is a womanizer when not on the job.

- Stubbornness; he may not stop, even if losing.
- Emotionless; in battle, he has none, and may lose himself in battle.
- Prefers to work alone; rarely does he accept anyone else, even other SPD officers as equals, not for any other reason than that he prefers to work alone.
History: At a young age, Hoji's parents died, so he was adopted by a visiting humanoid alien, who took him offplanet to Special Police Dekaranger, teaching him to be a detective and a fighter in general until he was twelve. After that, Hoji was sent to Earth to learn as an actual child. After he turned sixteen, SPD came back for him, recruiting him back into their organization. He became an officer in the Special Police right away, working on another planet as DekaBlue.
After a few years, he was recognized as better than a normal officer. He was drafted into the Tokkyou and trained until he was twenty one, swiftly learning and becoming a prominent Tokkyou member. He requested to keep his DekaBlue SP License and suit, if possible, as he had grown attached to them.
His License was slightly modified, and his suit template changed to reflect his new number and designation as DekaSky. He went back to Earth after the Space Clan appeared, desiring to fight against them, since DekaRed had already been there, fighting presumably on his own in the SCU.
Sample RP:
"Do you know who you're dealing with?" Hoji questioned, pulling his SP License free, watching the alien turn from the corpse to him.
It made some sort of growling noise that Hoji couldn't understand. But by the body language, the thing was hostile.
"SPD, Special Police Dekaranger." He said in English, drawing his arm back and throwing forward, opening his License, "Emergency: Dekaranger!"
In a flash, his white and blue suit was on his body. He drew his Knuckle and Rod, combining them into his D-Sniper. As it rushed him, it threw an arm forward, sending an explosive blast at Hoji.
Hoji leapt up, spinning around in the air, landing away from the explosion as the alien dropped dead from a shot to the head.
Hoji's suit and visor had analyzed it, allowing him to take his expert shot in a split second, even at with his spin.
"The Delete was approved already." Hoji said to the corpse, walking over to it, "Evil cannot hide under the clear sky. Soaring through the vast openness. Detective of the sky: Dekasky..." He said, since he hadn't had time to give his designation proper before the fight.
