Weapons and Abilities: Able to manipulate azure Fire in various ways....Azure Pyre-Blades, formed like Psi-Blades (google them), the ability to generate smoke in an area surrounding a target, and the ability to "smoke-step" to wherever she wishes inside the smoke cloud. Breathes Azure Fire as well.
Finisher(s):Fangire Fangs, sucks the life energy out of an opponent, otherwise simple flaming stabs or kicks from her are powerful.

Appearance:The Sailor Mars outfit loses all of its white, becoming red and blue armor, with gold trim. Her legs remain visible, her skirt, becomes an armor skirt, and she keeps the bow-tie on her chest. The red and blue pyreblades, one on one arm, one on the other, can be bared if needed.
Transformation: As Sailor Mars, she glares, her Fangire markings appearing on her face, going down her neck and being hidden under the outfit, appearing again in ornate stained glass on her legs. Then, her Fangire Power combines with the Star Power, doing the transformation to this new form.
Weapons and Abilities: One red pyre-blade on her left gauntlet, one blue pyre-blade on her right gauntlet, other weapons she'd use as a Sailor Senshi, and powers too....all of her abilities are doubled in power and effectiveness...

Inside Stuff
Personality: Moka has a multi-faceted personality...kind and gentle one minute, firm and direct, the next, charismatic and playful the next, and finally passionate, hot-blooded and lustful. Due to having different personalities for different walks of her life...sometimes it overwhelms her, but mostly she can keep it in check. When dealing with stupidity, she tries to go the extra mile...but won't hesitate to act if things get bad. When she's not a school, Moka can be very flirtatious and sensual...when she isn't running from those that'd kill her just because she's a Fangire.
Strengths:
- Gets along well with others as a teacher
- Very charismatic, especially when she's in her model persona
- Powerful Fangire.

History: Born into a prominent Fangire family that was near unto the top Four, she grew up taking an interest in others, and helping them rather than hurting them. She would participate in battle if the family's honor was at stake, but her father and her brother's actions sickened her...as they would just round up people and partake of their life energy without fail...like cattle. After having a long and drawn out fight with her brother, she was defeated and left to die...but her time was not yet come. After that, she used her time in school to advance further, and get a teaching degree. She was offered a choice of any school type she wanted...and chose high school...which was acceptable to her. A photobook or two has been done of her...but she doesn't know that some of her students have it.

Sample RP: Moka watched each person file into class...and her eyes lingered on one of the ones near the end. Nadeshiko, Misaki, she realized. Something about her seemed off...like she wasn't human...
In the few seconds before she commenced the class...she came to a conclusion. She would taste this student's life energy...later. Standing up, Moka commenced the class with an ever-radiant smile.
Once it was done...she watched each student leave...and her eyes lingered on Misaki as she left, before shrugging a bit and getting her things together.
