Overview:
Thomas is a smart man who was in the ranks of Vector due to his intelligence, not for much else, like physical abilities. He’s a fast thinker, clever, sly, manipulative. He’s a bit of a womanizer, or at least, likes women. He’s never liked fighting, or blood. When Vector found the GaGa Armlet, they decided to use it on him, making Thomas into a near constantly active man with greater strength, agility and senses, beyond a Kaizo Ningen in certain areas. He hates what he’s become, and always hated magic, such as magic shows. It doesn’t help him that the Armlet and his powers are fueled by a sort of magic. He can use either a mix of organic and armor, or just pure organic, both having their advantages. He despises the pure organic form, as he feels he’s losing his grip on his humanity and sanity, coming to despise Vector itself for making him into this monster… He’s gained a taste for meat as a result of his transformations, and a feral instinct, as well as some traits like the need to move…and hates it all, especially since he hates blood, but fights like an animal. On a side note, he likes spicy foods, and adds pepper, garlic and onion to various meals, and is also a pretty good chef. He can also speak English and Japanese.

History

Thomas was born in London to parents who expected a great deal out of him. He strove for excellence from the start of his school career, doing very well for himself, but never good enough for his parents. His grades were still remarkable, so he decided that their standards were far too high, and left as soon as he could, finding a nice living for himself as a researcher at an organization who sought him out; they sought him out, not the other way.

Working for Vector, Thomas found success rather easily; his intelligence benefitted the organization as a whole, and made him an appreciated member. He was assigned to research a series of myths regarding two Armlets; GiGi and GaGa. He sent others out to investigate firsthand, finding the GiGi’s resting place was false, and the entire myth seemed false. He didn’t understand why he was looking into myths all of a sudden…until they found the GaGa Armlet and brought it back to the research facility in London.

He spent all of his time trying to understand it. When he did, a higher up member came to him and forced it onto him, burning it into him. He became a monster, purely organic. Over time, he learned to control it, and could actively remove the Armlet…but he was forced to keep it, forced to remain Amazon and fight for Vector as their agent, now despising them for what he was.

"There was a GiGi user? Amazon?" Thomas asked.

They showed him the screen of a woman whom had used a similar power, the other Armlet. She was supposed to be dead now; this was archival footage.

"So...I'm the second Amazon," Thomas said, having wondered where the name had come from. He looked at the GaGa Armlet on his arm, over his labcoat...he despised it, but he had no choice but to use it.

Now he was supposed to go after the Army? Fine...as long as he could be away. He had a plan...

I talked to Darkblade to figure this out. His Amazon had GiGi (what canon Amazon uses); you now have it with Dark Decade. GaGa was free according to him, so I used that, at his approval.
