The sword was deflected as the last of Tobias's armour disappeared. With an anti-gravity pulse it returned into his driver. Tobias ripped the knife from his shoe and jumped up, using his mind-reading technique to manouveur around and stab it down into Clive's neck.

The Earl grabbed Tobias' wrist and twisted it hard hoping that the knife would drop before he made a devastating knee-kick to Tobias' gut.

Tobias spun his arm around to avoid his attack before going for his neck again as he used his free hand to catch Clive's knee before burning his hand.

The Earl winced in pain as he dodged the knife again and roundhouse kicked Tobias.

Tobias jumped off and dodged the kick before unleashing a violent kick at the Earl's head before gathering all of his telekinetic powers to throw the Earl and hopefully cancel his transformation.

The Earl was thrown to the nearest wall but his transformation wasn't cancelled out, instead he laughed as he charged at Tobias again. Meanwhile a Lord under the Earl's command slowly approached Nakida while she was watching the fight and then it suddenly grabbed her and made off with her to another location.

Tobias ducked under the Earl's attack and rolled out behind him before lashing out with a kick to his hips.

The Earl groaned in pain and rolled over before staring at Tobias, "Tell me Birth...what is your relationship with Nakida?" he asked as he circled his opponent.

So ironic. Tobias frowned - What was that voice? It was distant and barely audible but he could hear it... He could understand it...

The Earl chuckled, "Me? Oh well lets see...I did meet Nakida a couple of months ago in America, nearly beat her to an inch of her life, almost destroyed her sanity and...oh yes I also gave her my mark...that's about it really."

"Prepare to die." He took a few steps to the side before crouching down slightly, his arms out to the side.
"Now, I'll ask you one thing. What the **** have you done to her?"

"Who knows?" the Earl said mockingly, "for all I know...I might have just broken her spirit completely" he then laughed and yelled, "come on then boy! Show me that worthless conviction!"
