Tasked with striking a deal with the Gaia Memory distributors, Neil only knew of one person from his intelligence briefings who could be of use. Sure, many had Gaia Memories.
Section used them as weapons. Shotaro Hidari used them as Kamen Rider Joker, while Jack Frost used them as Kamen Rider Eternal. The Wild Corp. organization seemed to have some for some purpose as well. Used by criminals to become Dopants, and by others to become Kamen Riders.
Foundation X simply saw them as a way of gaining more influence, more power. Now, hunting down Elizabeth Clarke, Neil was ready to offer a large sum of money in exchange for partnership, and for Foundation X to provide a backing for her business.

Elizabeth wasn't sure about that Foundation X.
Insteand, her butler was her proxie in the position - After all, he was the man who oversaw the company.

Neil shook the man's hand, "I am here on behalf of Foundation X. We would like a partnership with the industry you work for for the use of Gaia Memories, and for being able to support you in exchange for use of Memories."

He raised an eyebrow but said nothing.
"You should know that Miss Clarke has personally cut off certain memories and refuses to create some." He told him.

"We understand," Neil replied, "That doesn't bother us."
All they needed as a result of backing Clarke was data on the Memories. Then in the future, Foundation X could create all they wanted and needed. That was the ultimate plan.

Elizabeth walked into the room, dressed with a white leather jacket and a faint baby blue dress shirt underneath. She wore skinny jeans and had a handbag at her side, making for a somewhat elegant yet still casual attire. Her eyes passed over Jun for a moment.
"And you are?" She asked, walking closer to the table.
