Name: Kamen Rider New Kabuto
Henshin Device/Sequence: He slings his Belt on around his waist and calls for the New Kabuto Zecter. It flies to him, at which point he loads it onto the front of the belt, building up his armor in hexagonal light. By flipping the switch/horn, he Casts Off.

Weapons and Abilities: Heavy defense/armor. Casting Off allows him to throw his armor at everything nearby. Put On lets it come back to him.

Transformation: In Masked Form, he casts the horn of the Zecter to the right, shedding the armor in Cast Off. It announces “Change Beetle!” when he flips it.
Weapons and Abilities: Faster and stronger, though less defense. He uses a kunai weapon that is a dagger, axe, and blaster all in one. He can Clock Up to move at the speed of light to match a Worm in terms of speed, but it ages his body, meaning it’s not a good thing to use.
Finisher(s): Avalanche Shoot: a massive blast from the blaster mode.
Avalanche Smash: using axe mode, he slashes down a powerful cut.
Avalanche Slash: using knife mode, he slashes an energy cut.
Rider Kick: by pushing the three buttons on his Zecter, his foot gains energy, allowing him to perform any variation of kick; favoring roundhouse kicks at 180 or 360 degrees. - Form Name: Kamen Rider New Hyper Kabuto

Transformation: When the Hyper Zecter comes to Tendou, he can attach it to the left hip of his belt and Hyper Cast Off to assume this form by flicking the horn.
Weapons and Abilities: Stronger, faster, Hyper Clock Up to move beyond normal Clock Up (risks are much, much higher), potential time travel with his speed. He can use the Perfect Zecter sword to harness other Zecter powers. He has a jetpack and can hover and fly, but it’s limited.
Finisher(s): Rider Kick: a high powered Rider Kick, the same as always, just stronger.
Hyper Blade: Kabuto power activated, slash attack.
Hyper Sting: TheBee activated, thrusting attack.
Hyper Axe: Drake activated, chopping attack.
Hyper Slash: Sasword activated, Rider Slash.
Maximum Hyper Typhoon: all powers activated at once with “All Zecter Combine”, a powerful slash that focuses every power.
Hyper Cannon: Kabuto activated, single, wide blast.
Hyper Laser: TheBee activated, drilling blast that draws the enemy into it.
Hyper Shooting: Drake activated, homing laser attack.
Hyper Wave: Sasword activated, shockwave blasts.
Maximum Hyper Cyclone: All Zecter Combine, vortex laser blast that fires a wide burst. Hyper Clock Up should be used to withstand it, or the recoil is too much.

- Kabuto Extender, his bike. The top form is the normal bike form, Masked Mode, while the bottom is the offensive EX form after Casting Off the bike armor.
Inside Stuff
Personality: Tendou is a confident and cocky man at the start of his mission to exterminate the Worms of his world, but he started to grow jaded, going through the motions. As a result, he started to lose sight on his mission, and started to fight without much restraint. He would abuse Clock Up to win, despite being very intelligent, he was doing very stupid things. He cares very much about his sister, Hiyori, and will do anything to protect her, causing problems with his bored fighting, and his desire to protect.
He believes himself to be a god of combat; unbeatable. He fights to win, winning by almost any means, such as abusing Clock Up. He’s blinded by his desire to save people, never noticing that he makes things worse. He slowly started to lose faith in himself, his abilities, everything about himself. He sees his mission as protecting Hiyori, but with Hiyori seeing that Kabuto is causing damage, sometimes more than he’s doing good, what is he to do?
For a long period of time, he vowed never to fight again, leaving it to the ZECT of his world to fight.
Excelling at most things he tries, jaded, intelligent, but overseeing rather simple matters. Tendou is a god of battle, or so he would like to believe, but that’s due to his persistent recklessness. Should he ever fight taking himself and everything else into consideration, his fighting prowess is lesser than he would think. His world and foundation have been shaken multiple times around him, leaving him unsure of himself, unsure of basically everything.
Strengths:
- His fighting ability is fairly high.
- Intelligent and good at almost everything he tries.
- His ego has been boosted by killing so many Worms…
Weaknesses:
- …his ego went way down after Kagami talked sense into him and Hiyori saw residual damage he caused.
- His body is ravaged after so much Clock Up abuse.
- Reckless in his fighting to the point of doing more damage than Worms sometimes with Clock Up.
History: Tendou was born in Japan to two parents who loved him. Five years later, his sister, Hiyori was born, and he loved her dearly, deciding to always protect her. When the Worms started to appear a few years later, Tendou’s parents were killed in one of the various attacks that forced ZECT to quarantine the city to keep the Worms contained.
As he grew up with Hiyori and their grandmother. From his grandmother, he learned about a little of everything, becoming skilled in various areas, including being good in first attempts, due to everything he learned as a child. Years later, when ZECT perfected Zecter technology, and Tendou was eighteen, Tendou trained at ZECT for the sake of Hiyori, who he helped to support along with their grandmother. He was the only person at ZECT whom the Kabuto Zecter would go to. He was given the belt and chosen by ZECT to become Kamen Rider Kabuto.
As he fought, alongside Sou Yaguruma and Arata Kagami, Kamen Rider TheBee and Gatack, respectively. He would continue to abuse Clock Up to take down the Worms, before they would use theirs. With the Worms so easily eliminated, he got overconfident. This worked right away, but after a few fights, he became exceedingly reckless, plowing them into buildings, etc., accidently causing a lot of damage, killing people on accident. After being told off by Kagami, he went home to Hiyori, as they now lived alone.
Hiyori had seen it on the news. He was shocked to know that, that she saw what he did, though didn’t know he was Kabuto, just that he was with ZECT, fighting. He decided at that moment that he would stop. If she had seen this, how could he keep fighting like this? He had to stop, and so he did, leaving TheBee and Gatack as the only Riders left to fight the Worms with ZECT.
The Worm leaders began to plan, and with unknown technology (Vector). They (Uca, the three Cassis Worms, and Gryllus Worm) were transported to this world, where they began to plan conquest. ZECT was also transported, with the entire city, displacing another one, killing the entire populace as it overwrote that position. The ZECT units continued their fight in this new world, and Tendou and Hiyori have now been displaced to this location, in this world. Tendou still refuses to fight.
Anything Else: Ren here. Note; the Riders of this world were more technologically advanced, thus have the “New” moniker in this world and have the more technological look to them. He also doesn't have the Hyper Zecter yet, I just put the form in for good measure.
