Other Modes: Thunder Crystal Armor - Using the power of the final sacred relic that survived the destruction of the Thunder Academy, he assumes Mode 1: Armor. A master in melee combat when not in possession of the Thunder Staff. Mode 2: Flight - summons the Thunder Academy's Thunder Strikebird, granting him additional blue and gold armor and the ability to fly...having a large Thunder Gunblade...a sword that doubles as a rather large cannon. Finishers are the Strike Blast and Strike Slash.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Rei is quiet and unassuming...he follows the ninja code better than most...his actions as a human are foolproof...because he is normal. He is like a shadow, and receives little attention, in a romantic way or otherwise, from any girls. He works hard, sometimes defying laws of logic as to how good his work is. But through it all, no one from the outside has ever looked upon him...only his work...only what he could do for them. He has also trained with more than a staff or a blade, immersing himself in the old style tricks...a bow and arrow, for one, sai, kunai blades, grappling hooks, smoke bombs and so on. This also comes from a devotion to work, and being a shadow.
Strengths:
- Works at the Dekabase as an intern that fills in around the base, including as a helper in Dr. K's lab. As such, he is decent with technology, secretly working some upgrades into the suit.
- A fast and free runner, as part of his training as a ninja, he trains speed, strength, stamina, endurance...and his knowledge of parkour, which fits in awesomely.
- A romantic of the traditional type, he ignores most girls the way they have ignored him, and focuses on his work and training.
- Loyal and dependable to those that do make friends with him and him with them.
Weaknesses:
- A rather weak social life
- Rather cynical, sometimes, letting his words cut like a blade if he's backed into a corner.
- Has very little sense of self-preservation once he's found something he wants to protect...its a side-effect of his just heart and romantic nature.
History: Rei was secluded from an early age, and went to school at the Thunder Academy, not receiving any schooling in the human world, but learning sufficient knowledge to make things work. What he did thrive in was his ninja training...he adhered to the way, but was flexible enough to deal with any situation that befalled him. But a shadow remained over his life...he didn't know a lot about it, but he knew. At the age of 14, he was sent to Amanogawa High School, where he stayed for two full years...and ignoring the vibrant social life there, including people who knew he was there, like Tomoko, Kengo, and Yuuki, he instead, got his high school diploma with high marks, two years ahead of time. Now free from the bonds of school, a friend of a friend recommended him for an internship in Dekabase, and that's what he has worked at for the past few months, always the shadow...but always productive....

Sample RP:The boy walked out of his classroom...an island within a sea of humanity. Such a man had looked different...and perhaps, even attractive, to the stalker. He ignored the IPad assisted wave that she tried first, walking down the corridor. Slightly peeved, the girl followed.
Turning the corner, he was surprised to see her in front of him. "Hey...why so anti-social?" she asked, though the hypocrisy of that statement was felt somewhere inside her. He moved to walk around her, but felt a hand on his arm. "Wait, answer me please?" he heard, in probably the most courage that the stalker had mustered, in a slightly louder tone than normal. He turned his blue eyes upon her...
Looking into them, for the girl, seemed hollow...like he was somewhere else...and she spoke, "So you're a freak like me, aren't you. Outside the loop...shunned and alone...Could I at least ask your name? I'm Tomoko...it gets lonely, sometimes."
The young man sighed softly. "Tomoko, then. I have my own reasons for not being social...but don't think yourself a freak by any means. You're human." he said, removing the girl's hand from his arm as he walked forward, and she looked at his back, touched by his brief statement.
As if sensing that, he turned one last time. "Rei." "Eh?" "That's my name, Rei. See you later." And then he walked on, making no further attempts to contact her or have anything to do with her...but for some reason...she couldn't hate that.
