Hair color/style: Brown, a bit dull. He has a peak above his right eye, and wears is rather curved around his head, down to just below chin level in the back, while the hair angles down just over his left eye.

Description: Shigeru wears dark clothing, usually a black button up shirt with his collar opened and chest a bit exposed, and a black suit jacket over the top. He wears dark pants along with motorcycle boots, but to contrast with his dark clothing, he wears a necklace on a silver string that ends in a small red rose symbol as jewelry. His clothing is as a direct result of his personality.
He has a well built body, even prior to modifications, lean and muscular. He has no marks or scars on his body, as they healed as a result of his modifications. He used to have various scars from training, however. Currently he has mechanical implants that allow electricity to flow through his body, allowing him to manipulate electricity time to time, mostly when he’s suited up, however.
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Stronger
Henshin Device/Sequence: Shigeru pulls his shirt away to reveal his Electrer belt, and places his hand over the top. He charges electricity into it, and then his armor appears (like in the movies, it just appears, no explanation). He pulls his helmet over his head and attaches his mouthpiece.

Weapons and Abilities: Electrical manipulation, primarily through his hands and feet. He has a stronger body, more resilient, and is faster than a normal human as a result of his modifications. He has electrical discharge attacks, and physical electrical attacks.
He has various techniques to take advantage of that don’t fall under finishers, including:
Electro Beam: an electric discharge attack for ranged combat.
Reverse Breaker: a technique that acts as a reverse to break an enemy’s attack and return an electrically charged strike.
Electro Magnet: sucks an enemy in with magnetism.
Stronger Barrier: electrical barrier for defense.

Electro Kick: an electric powered Rider Kick that can take various forms.
Electro Punch: an electric powered Rider Punch.
Electro Chop: an electric powered Rider Chop.
Super Electron Ultra Cyclone: a suicide attack where he grabs the enemy and unleashes everything into them, taking himself and the enemy down. - Form Name: Kamen Rider Stronger Charge Up
Appearance: Charge Up!
Transformation: He can activate it by charging his Electrer with more electricity from his own body, kickstarting a dynamo inside of himself that is connected to his belt. His suit changes due to the immense power he’s now utilizing.
Weapons and Abilities: Much greater strength and speed. His electrical powers are now on par with lightning, rather than simple electricity. On the downside, he has about two minutes to disperse all of this new power, or he’s going to die. Explode.
Finisher(s):
Super Electron Drill Kick: he leaps up and spins around, coming down with a super powered drill kick.
Super Electro Lightning Kick: he kicks, sending a massive lightning strike off of his foot. Alternatively, for more power, he can do it so the kick connects as well.
Super Electro Speed Diving Punch: using all of his speed and power, he leaps for his opponent like a flash, coming in with an earth-shattering punch.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Shigeru is a man who usually is outgoing and a bit impulsive, wanting to see a job get done no matter what. He’s willing to do the dangerous missions when he has to, and revels in them, for the most part; because he knows he can handle them. He doesn’t have anyone outside of work to go to, and has few friends inside of Interpol as it is. He sees his life as a thing of duty, rather than of his own enjoyment.
Ever since being modified by Shocker/Vector, he’s become darker in personality, changing his clothes to fit it. He doesn’t talk as much – even if he didn’t talk as much in the past – and only wants to do his job of fighting. He was never mentally conditioned by the enemy he was sent to infiltrate, so it’s unknown why he acts this way. He’s even more impulsive now, especially when fighting, and only wants to destroy the enemy when encountered.
Shigeru is a strong man who believes himself to be the strongest of the Kaizo Ningen. He’s well educated and smart, but he prefers not to fall back on it in this job, because he’s a warrior now.
Strengths:
- He’s very strong as a fighter.
- He lives only to do his duty. Both good and bad.
- He may very well be the strongest of the Kaizo Ningen, as he claims to be.
Weaknesses:
- He’s impulsive.
- As a result of his impulsiveness, he doesn’t think everything through, just believing he will win.
- His Charge Up will kill him if he’s not careful. He’s too impulsive to be careful.
- Lives only to do his duty; no real life.
History: Shigeru was recruited into Interpol years ago, working as an agent for years, doing a damn good job, being one of the better recruits, being considered by some to be Interpol’s “golden boy”. He came from a broken family, making his drive to succeed all the stronger to impress both of his parents, but in the end, he only did it for himself.
When in Interpol, he began to live only for himself, shutting out all others, including his coworkers and the people he worked extensively with on cases, becoming very isolated. When Shocker was brought to Interpol’s attention, Shigeru volunteered to go and investigate, as he had nothing to lose.
He went as a “candidate” and was “captured”, taken to a hidden base and modified, the enemy unaware that he was Interpol, due to extensive background recreations to keep his identity fully hidden. When he awoke from his procedure, he was just short of being mentally modified, and broke free of Shocker – or Vector, the line was blurred at this point – and started to escape the facility.
On his way out, he encountered another procedure being done on a woman. He decided to save her and help her to escape instead of leaving a civilian. He would have saved others, but didn’t find any.
After escaping with Yuriko, he began to reluctantly work with her, with him still working for Interpol, and her…

Sample RP:
"I am the strongest; Kamen Rider Stronger," he said as he walked among a group of Combatmen, not even armored, "Try me."
One leapt at him with a punch. He whipped around, giving a chop to the face. The Combatman went down, sparks flying from his face from the electrical charge in Shigeru's hand. He whipped around to catch one with a kick to the chin.
Two jumped for him. He let them land on him, landing his palms on each chest. A shock sent them flying back, letting him rise to his feet.
When they were backing away, he shook his head, "You're all useless without a Kaizo Ningen, aren't you?"
They responded by pulling out.
"I am the strongest," he said to himself.
