[Seeing as the pace is rather fast, I would just insert myself in for the moment and if possible stay on.]
Ryuuno was raking his head over his math assignment that was due in 2 days and just as he had finally settled in a train of thought in a nice quiet cafe in Japan outside of Futo, he was disturbed by a man playing a violin.
Annoyed, he stared at the man and watched him closely. Soon, irritation was replaced by amusement as he watched the exchange between the violinist and another man who had come up to him. Just then, he had caught sight of the rider gear that the violinist had whipped up, apparently to impress some overly-zealous girl.
This is getting very interesting, maybe I can get my mind off the stress for a while. Ryuuno decide to observe a little further.

He took hers and led her off, waving back to Sonoko as he took Tamiko with him, "What would your name be?" he asked her.

By the time Andrea had arrived, it was far too late for his intervention. Still... Rad cross his arms, cane crooked in one elbow, and then shook his head in complete disapproval. If that was the effect that the Gears had upon the psyche, then he would lose no sleep for not being able to invest in them.
"That was completely and utterly deplorable." He delivered his verdict.

He smiled to her, "A milestone? I'm happy I could oblige such a beautiful woman," he said, slinging the Ixa belt onto his waist and drawing the Knuckle up. He reached out for her hand and placed a kiss on it, "Just watch, my lovely Tamiko-chan."
He took a step back and pushed his palm against it.
"IXA Knuckle, Rea-dy"
"Henshin!" he called, throwing his arm forward, then drawing it back to his chest and loading it into the belt.
"Fist O-n"
The cross flew out and formed over his body, forming his white knight-like armor.

Tamiko squealed a little and clapped her hands.
"That's so cooooooooooooooooool!" She shouted.
Tamiko's eyes widened and she hugged the rider tightly.
