Neil steps forward from nearby cover.
Dressed in his normal attire, black t-shirt, black jacket, and blue jeans, and tennis shoes, he addressed the situation.
"I'm not usually one to get involved with other people's affairs. But then....you're not a person are you?" He says to the dragon.
He stops not too far away from the scene staring the dragon down with confidence.

Tamiko looked away to see who'd just spoken and then realised that her hand was still heading towards the mouth of a giant robotic dragon.

Neil yanks his hand into the air.
A golden hand sized object flies out of a disruption in the sky and flies towards the dragons face to attack it and cause it's mouth to not impact upon the poor girls knuckles all the while heading for Neil's hand.

Sonoko sighed as she had no choice but to turn into Kiva before she then kicked the dragon's snout away, "Are you looking for a death wish?" she asked Tamiko in an annoyed tone.

The second attack struck Dragblacker and only caused it to turn its head away then slowly turned toward Neil with fiery eyes and a low growl. Ryuga continued running at Otoya and leapt at him kicking forward.

Otoya leapt back and threw a shockwave for Ryuga, feeling his body weakening rapidly.

Ryuga was hit and was knocked back toward the fountain and landed in the water but there no splash while Dragblacker looked toward the water and growled for a moment before he looked at Otoya and bared its razor sharp teeth at him.

Otoya fell to a knee. He didn't have the power left to fight the dragon, or even Ryuga much longer.

Dragblacker looked back toward Neil, Sonoko, and Tamiko and growled before Ryuga leapt from the reflective surface of the water and landed next to the fountain. "I suppose that you lose." Ryuga said looking over to Otoya as he reached for another card from his belt.

Ryuga removed the card and slowly slid it into the slot, "Fine." Ryuga said as Dragblacker lowered and started flying around him. SURVIVE!
After several violet lightning bolts covered Ryuga's body Dragblacker rose upward to show off Ryuga's final form. "I think now would be a good time for that female rider to assist you." Ryuga said hoping off the fountain while Dragblacker slowly glided toward Neil and Tamiko.

Otoya looked to Sonoko. He didn't want to draw her in, but he may have to.
But no. His pride wouldn't let him.

The zecter blastes towards Neil.
He grabs the bug like zecter out of the air holding it dramatically, never wavering his stare at the mechanical beast.
The Zecter has visible cracks and burns on it.
Then with precision and strength, he forces the zecter into place on the front of the belt. The mechanical device scrapes and sparks as it roughly slides into place.
"Henshin."
Belt:"Henshin."
The belt erupts with energy and the armor Caucasus builds itself over his body.
The armor looks battle damaged, burnt, cracked, and possibly inoperable, but Neil rushes forward toward the dragon prove otherwise.

Ryuga slowly started walking faster and then took off toward Otoya aiming his blaster as he slid a card into it. BLAST VENT!
Ryuga begun charging the blast and aimed directly at Otoya's chest and after a moment the rifle fired an energy stream at him. Meanwhile Dragblacker lunged toward Neil.
