We might as well get this started.
So, Saban has trademarked the term 'Power Rider', which is causing everyone to suspect that ol' KR might be getting the Stateside treatment once again. It seems like a logical enough assumption to me-- especially considering that the 'Kamen Rider' name is still tied up in legal knots stateside due to Dragon Knight. Saban would have to rebrand the franchise unless they wanted to shell out even more moolah to make a series.
And now we have a French fansite claiming that they have inside info on Fourze being adapted, although they conveniently leave out any references or links. Personally... I'm leaning more towards Decade since it would tie into their present Power Rangers adaption. It'd let them kick off several solid seasons in a row... but, admittedly, Decade's low episode count could be an interesting hurdle to overcome, unless they adapt movie footage to round out the plot. Plus you've got the Kamen Rider Ryuki footage to contend with-- that's a lot of material to cut and even more careful editing to take care of.
Thoughts?

Decade wouldn't be a good thing to adapt.
There's too many actors running around, it was complicated enough to KR fans, newbies and kids aren't going to follow it. And it would mean they'd have to bring up Black RX and the last time Saban were involved with that went ... well ... do I need to say?
Their best start point would be Blade, Kuuga or maybe Agito.

If you'll allow me to play the devil's advocate a moment, all of that depends on what route they choose to go. If they work up an entirely new plot, then a lot of that could be cleaned up. If they did a straight port, then... yeah, we've got a lot of problems.
Personally, since the newer seasons cater more to the toy market than the earlier ones I don't see Saban doing anything pre-Decade. OOO's seems a dead ringer for adaption, if you apply that train of thought, but... I dunno.

Well, rumor is that Adness lost the rights to everything related to Kamen Rider, and that Saban may be adapting Fourze.

Rumor from someone at the now defunct Adness states that it's Fourze, apparently a reliable source, as well.
Unfortunate.

Very funky, yeah.
Nevertheless, that's an interesting move on Saban's part... unless they know something that we don't.

I'd always thought that Power Rider would be Faiz, but a lot of people think it may be Decade, because of the Shinkenger crossover.

The people who think it's Decade are idiots. Besides, the Shinkenger point is moot; Samurai will be over probably before Rider starts casting.

Wait, weren't Saban banned from adapting another Shotaro Ishimonori show after the Masked Rider debacle?

They had the rights revoked, but presumably everything was exaggerated. I don't have that full story, though. But Ishinomori himself is the one who supposedly wasn't pleased, and he's dead.
Kamen Rider/Masked Rider is a property, unlike Sentai, where if you own one title, you own them all. When Adness made Dragon Knight, they owned the Kamen Rider rights in America, hence The Next never got a DVD release, whereas Sentai is on a seasonal basis.
Adness ran out of money, so DK is gone (possibly owned by Toei). Saban just bought the rights to Kamen Rider again, because times have changed, and he's in Toei's good graces again, one would assume. And, as I already said, Ishinomori is dead. And with Power Ranger's resurgence under his reign, you can pretty much assume that Toei was all to happy to let him try Kamen Rider again, since they get money as well, being partial owners of Rangers, and likely Power Rider.

Well Fourze would let Tzachor be a purist all he wants since it's pretty American kid friendly as is.

Provided Tzachor even does Power Rider.

I don't think Tzachor would work on it, since he's doing Rangers. I don't think they can split him like that.
And if they did use Fourze, they'd have to content with the undoubted Tzachoring, which causes old Riders to appear. It makes no sense.

I think they'd be more likely to have a different writing crew. PR and KR (Um PR ... wait ...) are about fifty episodes each, you'd need to have a hell of a lot of time to manage writing both.
Also, Tzachor's an idiot. He has a virtual blank slate to create a universe, half the works done for him so he just has to do the fun bits and he makes a near identical copy? Come on ...

Tzachor has a blind love of Sentai (no idea on KR), and he genuinely believes what he's doing is right. It's the responsibility (unfortunately, that is the word to use) of the others (Lynn, Marchand, in the past at least) to keep him under control and make their own stories instead of copies.
And he doesn't care about the fandom, so our complaints don't work.
But yeah, Tzachor honestly believes that he's doing the right thing.
