Just want to ask if there would be any problems with me apping Kotoha from Shinkengers as Shinkenyellow since there are some members in that team and it was said to ask first so I'll ask now.

Just be sure to take our advice, since we've already established the Shinkenger backstory as different, an you'll be fine.

We don't need Blue and Green, but it would be nice to have Shinken-Oh, so the mecha isn't confusing to make up.
Basically the differences come in the Gedoushu side; Dokoku won against the current Shinkengers, but Kaoru eventually came back and managed to eliminate him with the help of the team (originally it was going to be that she abandoned the original four retainers for new members, but that got scrapped for obvious reasons; it made little sense). However, that didn't end the Gedoushu, as Akumaro took over with Shitari, Dayu and Juzo still on his side. They aren't using the Junk anymore, they have a new base (info found in their Species post).
Basically there's only that stuff; defeated the Gedoushu for a time, but they're far from gone. I think; I need to check Ayane (Pink), Kasumi (Gold) and Kaoru's histories to be sure if I'm right or not, or if I'm making up stuff as I go right now.
