"Maybe...but don't underestimate Strike. It'll get you vented." Kase replied, stating a blunt fact, "There's no silver bullet that will beat Xaviax...not only do we have to rid him from Ventara somehow, but we also have to get our people back."

"I know; I'm not going to underestimate him. As for Xaviax...we may actually have to take the fight to him, if we want to succeed. He could sit back and wait for us to be defeated instead of ever getting close enough to get to us himself. We may not be able to wait to fight him." It didn't take that long for them to reach a bar. Simon found a table near the back for them, but didn't get himself any drink.

He leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table and putting his hands together, "So...Earth...how have you been here? I mean, I imagine you have some sort of life here now, probably some friends...maybe a boyfriend," his probing for information was something he wanted to do; he wanted to know, but was most interested in the last part.

"Why do I feel like we're back in interrogation training?" Kase said with a laugh, teasing him, before leaning back and putting her arms along the top of the rather large seat. "I suppose on a serious note I have found a few friends who will help us if I ask. As for a boyfriend.." Kase paused here, letting it hang for a moment before speaking. "No one's asked me out *yet*, though why you believe that would be something pertinent to discuss is a mystery to me." Though someone had indeed found their way into her heart...if only as a friend...but the door wasn't closed on something more.

Kase got a look of mock surprise. "Simon, this is no place to ask someone out in." she chided gently, "But I'll think about it." she ended that part with a smile.
