Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider New Decade
Henshin Device/Sequence: New DecaDriver; basically this. He attaches it to his waist and inserts his New Decade Kamen Ride card. He says “Henshin” and the Driver closes on its own. A corrupted voice (like Ryuuga’s Visor voice) states “Kamen Ride…New Decade!” A black aura, like that of the world convergence, appears over him, forming his darker armor.
Forms:
- Form Name: Kamen Rider New Decade
Appearance: A darker version of the real Decade, with slightly different looking armor.
Transformation: See above; his New Decade card causes this form.
Weapons and Abilities: He has access to the Ride Booker which can switch between gun mode, storage mode, and sword mode. Storage mode holds his four cards. The blaster is fairly weak, but the blade is resilient and average of strength. He has a much stronger body; assuming any form makes Narutaki feel younger, stronger, faster. He, as a Rider and a normal figure, can create dimensional walls and summon other Riders to do his bidding (the real Riders of other worlds). As Narutaki, they can disobey. As New Decade, he has absolute control.
Finisher(s): Dimensional Crush; he swipes his New Decade card one more time through his Driver, causing dimensional walls to appear around his opponent, sealing them in. Riders appear out of every wall and beat the hell out of the person trapped inside. Riders from various worlds, various weapons, finishers, strikes, etc. When it ends, the walls line up in front of Narutaki, who either shoots or slashes, sending a ripple through the walls and into the enemy for the kill. - Form Name: Kamen Rider New Black Decade
Appearance: Not Dark Decade, Black Decade. A corrupt, black version of his other form with crueler looking armor.
Transformation: From either human form or another form, he inserts the New Black Decade card, causing the same transformation, but to this form instead.
However, Black Decade also has the ability to manipulate light, to turn himself invisible, and has access to fire attacks, for an unknown reason (see history)
Finisher(s): Dimensional Crush; he swipes his New Decade card through his Driver, causing dimensional walls to appear around his opponent, sealing them in. - Form Name: Kamen Rider New Complete Decade
Appearance: A stronger looking version of Complete Form.
Transformation: He loads his New K-Touch onto his waist and moves his Driver to his side. He transforms when he swipes his New Complete Decade card through the Driver on his side. An aura comes over him as always. His cards are not the Riders before Decade, but rather each one shows various enemy Riders and various Kaiju.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Narutaki is the embodiment of an enigma; nobody knows who he is, where he comes from, or what his purpose is. He calls himself a prophet, but the only things he speaks of that will come to pass is that Decade will destroy any world he visits (note: Sanyu’s Decade; he isn’t aware of the others). He’s manipulative, a schemer, sly but impatient, desiring Decade’s death as soon as possible, but even being impatient, he holds back his trumpcards.
He has the unique ability to be immune to the convergence of the worlds, whenever it occurs, as well as the destruction of the worlds, should he be in one that is being destroyed. He can open dimensional portals for himself, and open them to other worlds to summon Riders to do his bidding, though he cannot control them.
Summoning is the only way he likes to fight. He has also rarely shown the ability to summon Kaiju as well, such s the Bakegani in the World of Hibiki, but he used a medium for that.
Strengths:
- He can Kaiju Ride to become previous monsters faced by Riders; he can constantly switch without any warning.
- He has a plethora of abilities, most unknown to those he encounters.
- He always has a trumpcard; his New DecaDriver being probably the biggest.
Weaknesses:
- He comes off as impatient.
- He mostly stands around and tries to make others do his work for him to stop Decade.
- He’s almost entirely fixated on Decade and him alone.
History: Narutaki hails from an unknown A.R. World, but somehow discovered Dai Shocker; the Shocker organization that existed in this cluster of A.R. Worlds. He learned of the Great Leader, Tsukasa Kadoya, and of his identity as Kamen Rider Decade. He attempted to eliminate the man, but wasn’t able to, and through unknown circumstances, Tsukasa ended up in another world without his powers.
Narutaki kept his eye on the man, but didn’t do anything yet. When Tsukasa regained his power as Decade, he began to try to play his companion, Natsumi, against him, but wasn’t able to make it work. He continued to try to play her against him, and summon other Riders to deal with Tsukasa, all while trying to play events in the various worlds against him.
He attempted to use Kamen Rider Abyss, but failed. He learned that Daiki Kaito – Kamen Rider Diend – wasn’t doing it, so he eventually utilized a Bakegani, but Diend, Decade and Hibiki dealt with it.
Through the worlds, he continued to try. He was forced to ally with Decade eventually, however, to help stop Dai Shocker. Later on, however, he joined Super Shocker under the guise of “Colonel Zol”, but was defeated during the battle against the Neo Organism, fleeing, as he was not the true Zol, he had no reason to fight.
As he traveled again, he encountered a strange energy portal that he couldn’t avoid as he traveled between worlds. He was sucked into it, ending up in a path between two worlds he had never seen; the World of Kawatta Riders, and the world in which the game takes place. Going to the World of Kawatta Riders, he discovered the Decade of that world and used his trumpcard; his Kaiju Ride powers, to defeat him, taking the New DecaDriver before this Decade could cross over and potentially destroy the world. He discovered this man was not Tsukasa; not even Japanese, and realized this man was no Destroyer of Worlds. He took the Driver, K-Touch and Kamen Ride cards and moved on, ending up in the other world.
He encountered the organization know as Vector, and was quickly subdued by the Bee Woman of that world, then experimented on by scientists as being someone with unknown abilities they desired to discover more about. He managed to escape, but found himself changed, now able to manipulate fire. He didn’t know what they were trying to do to him, but he had no desire to become a Kaiju himself, or a cyborg, so he fled Vector to remain human, despite the power he saw them as having.
He soon discovered that his enemy, Tsukasa Kadoya, was in this world. He decided to remain and finally end Decade’s life.
Anything Else: Played by Ren. He can do a “Kaiju Ride” to become various monsters/warriors of the various organizations faced by Kamen Riders of the past. Mostly Monsters of the Day, however. He never saw need to use them prior, but all of his plans failed by the end of the Neo Organism incident, so he decided it was time to use them.
Sample RP:
He stumbled away from the Bee Woman who pursued, rapier in hand. He span and unleashed fire towards her, keeping her at bay while he picked himself up and ran.
Vector. Too many people all trying to kill him at once. He had to escape.
Soldiers stopped him, leveling firearms in his direction. He shouted and his body shifted with a glimmer, becoming Turtle Bazooka. He crouched and fired, blowing them away with the round he expelled. He returned to normal, picked himself up, and continued to run.
Then he stopped as it occurred to him. He was a prophet; he didn't run.
Walls gleamed around him, and he was gone. Decade was here; Decade must die.
