Forms:
- Form Name: Kamen Rider Blues
Appearance: Blues
Transformation: See above
Weapons and Abilities: Blues Visor, his whip/sword weapon that has the Visor portion built in along the long guard above the hilt. The hilt rises into an ovular guard that rises for a length to fit the Visor, then into a whip-sword.

Attack Vent: summoning his Contract Monster, GuldThunder, who uses his fire and tail attacks.
Guard Vent: summons two long arm-guards like his monster has for his defense.

Final Vent: “Reborn Fury” GuldThunder appears in a burst of flames at his side, racing at the enemy. He leaps and lands behind, lashing his tail out and binding the enemy from behind. Finisher(s): Final Vent, see above. - Form Name: Survive Mode Blues
Appearance: His shoulder armor erupts up into golden/red feather motifs, while his chest armor opens and expands, with feather motif again trailing down to cover his lower chest. His “V” helmet design opens up, while his curled up part on the back of his helmet remains the same, along with the rest of his helmet.
His lower body gains thicker leg armor, like his arm armor, almost, while his Visor changes into a new weapon. It becomes mounted on his right arm; the hilt built into his elongated armor, but can be removed. His Visor itself is actually on his right arm armor, but can only be used when the whip-sword is loaded. The whip-sword has a smaller guard now, since the Visor is gone, but a larger blade that retracts into itself when not in use.
Transformation: He holds up his Survive Card to his Visor. The Visor shatters and reforms onto his right arm, forming the initial armor. He loads it, and the rest of his body erupts into wind and fire, forming his Survive Mode.
Weapons and Abilities: His Visor is a weapon in itself. His deck includes:
Attack Vent: summoning his Contract Monster, GuldLightning, a fiercer looking version of GuldThunder, who can now use fire and lightning attacks.
Guard Vent: summons a large shield covered in the feathers of his monster.
Sword Vent: summons a European-like sword covered in feathers along the blade, crackling with lightning.
Confine Vent: negates the last card used.
Copy Vent: copies/clones the last card used unto Blues.
Final Vent: “Fire and Lightning End” GuldLightning appears and drops on the opponent, firing lightning and fire intermixed from above. Blues runs at the enemy and leaps forward, throwing a kick into the enemy as the monster attacks. The enemy is thrown free, but Blues enters the power storm, taking it into himself, and being launched with a Rider Kick of fire and lightning.
Finisher(s): Final Vent, see above.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Simon is a man who always remains composed and calm. He rarely acts rashly, and almost always has a plan in mind. He’s refined, and likes to speak of life and things that matter. He has a high sense of honor and chivalry about himself, and will do anything to try to protect anyone, but especially women.
In battle, he has a habit of taking lead, or tries, at least. This isn’t true about his normal life, however, as he sees himself as a follower more than anything. He feels that his composed manner helps to formulate plans while the leader leads. Yes, that is contradictory, but he can’t help himself in battle, finding himself confused with what role to take. However, if their actual leader is leading, he has no problems.
He has a bit of a dry sense of humor, can act like a jerk sometimes – unintentionally – and is a romantic at heart. He became a Rider because he has the drive to protect people, and wants to save as many as he can from any threat. Being smart and studious, he thought he would become a doctor, but chose this life instead to spare another the hardships of fighting.
Strengths:
- Strategic planning, always working on plans.
- He wants to protect people, so he has the right reasons for being a Rider.
- He has a strong body and works to keep himself in fighting shape.
Weaknesses:
- His confusion in battle can sometimes not be good (leader vs. strategizing)
- His sense of chivalry and the need to protect others may be too much that he’ll forget to transform if he’s trying to protect another. It has happened.
- He’s not a fighter by nature, so he has problems sometimes, as this wasn’t what he wanted to do with his life initially.
History: Simon was born to two normal citizens of Ventara; they were nobody special, nobody important. Years went by, and Simon wanted to make something of himself, so he decided to save lives. He began to study to be a doctor, but as he began his studies, he learned of Eubulon, and of the Kamen Riders who were to be tasked with defending Ventara from Karsh.
Deciding that he would spare others from having to fight, he studied under Eubulon, though not as much as others had. He began reading books of strategy and the like to make up for his lack of skill in combat, and began to learn on his own. Given an Advent Deck, he contracted with BlancWing to become Kamen Rider Siren originally, but in a battle, BlancWing was destroyed, forcing him to find a new contract.
During his time as a Rider, he also developed a crush on Kase.
Finding one of Xaviax’s strongest monsters, GuldThunder, he fought as a Blank Form Rider, contracting it by tricking it, assuming the new identity of Kamen Rider Blues, and taking on a new form, instead of a recolor of Siren.
When he was put into stasis and Xaviax/Adam/James attacked, Simon was thought Vented, but managed to escape at one of the last moments with his Advent Deck and all of his cards, fleeing to Earth where he would fight Mirror Monsters and anything else plaguing that world.
Anything Else: Played by Ren. The Ventaran counterpart of Demetri Zet/GokaiBlue
Sample RP:
Simon rolled away from GuldThunder, his Blank Form Visor not holding up well. The rapier was ready to snap, he knew.
As it came for him again, it lashed its tail out. He rolled and slashed, shattering his Visor.
He didn’t need it. He discarded it and ran forward, shouting to distract it from his real plan. He drew his Contract Card as it breathed fire at him.
Had it turned around, it would have seen another Mirror Monster; one that he had gotten to pursue him earlier. His shouting had called it towards them. Now it was focused on dealing with the Guld. The Gelnewt attacked it from behind, forcing the two monsters to fight.
The Guld would in, or it wouldn’t be a Guld. Simon ran towards the fight, waiting until the Guld impaled the Gelnewt, then slammed his Contract Card into the Guld’s back.
It screeched as it was drawn into the card, sealed, contracted. His armor rippled, becoming violet in color, changing in shape and design.
He was no longer Siren; he was Blues.
