Hair color/style: Black, down to just above the shoulders in the back. It opens up into a peak high above his right eye, then is rather smooth, with strands covering parts of his forehead and a bit over his left eye. In the back it curls out.
Eyes: Brown
Description: Ibuki likes to look “dashing”, as it were. He often wears dark trousers along with motorcycle boots over the tops, along with longsleeve white shirts with an open collar (usually a shirt with a few buttons at the top, and that’s it). He usually also wears a black leather duster/longcoat to complete his “dashing” look of having something trail behind him. It helps to hide his Disc Animals as well as his *. He often wears a gold cross necklace close to his throat with a small ruby inset into the center.
Oni Stuff
Name: Ibuki (yes; I refuse to call him a Kamen Rider. I refuse to designate Oni as Kamen Riders, due to Hibiki not meant to be a Rider series at the start, and being better than one)
Henshin Device/Sequence: Ibuki pulls out his Onteki whistle and opens it, blowing on the top of the whistle. He lifts it to his forehead, where a symbol appears over his forehead. He brings his arm up to his shoulder, doing a slight twist of his body when moving his arm. Wind picks up around his body, obscuring him with a blue tinge to the wind. As his body changes to Oni form, he chops the wind to end it.

Transformation: See above.
Weapons and Abilities: He has the ability to harness his winds for physically enhanced blows when he so chooses to. He has increased strength, speed, stamina and resilience in this form, as well as limited healing abilities when also utilizing the Onteki to help him to focus his energy. He utilizes a trumpet called the Ongekikan Reppu (or just Reppu), which can be used as a blaster weapon. He can change his blasts from weaker, standard attacks to stronger, heavier attacks that fire “Oni Stones” to lodge into the enemy, but that only serves for his finishing attack. He can extend claws from the backs of his hands for combat when he must.
Finisher(s): Ongeki Sha Shippu Issen (Gale Flash); by attaching a mouthpiece and the buckle of his belt to the Reppu trumpet, he can make it into an actual trumpet. The Oni Stones in the target react when he starts to play his music, destroying the target with the pure sound resonating through the stones and the body as a result.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Ibuki is a man who doesn’t find himself easily attached to people, acting as more of a loner. He usually only takes time to talk to and try to befriend people like him, such as other Oni, not seeing the need to try to befriend normal humans, as that would only get in the way of his mission. He does, however, like women, as h finds innocence in women for some reason. He has the ability to read people by just watching them, figuring out emotions and the like by just watching the faces and bodies of people. When he wants to be, he’s charming and charismatic, often gesturing with his hands. He’s very smart, and feels strategy and tactics over anything else as the most important. He has a habit of giving a salute to people by putting his ring and middle fingers to his forehead, curling the other fingers in, and “throwing” his salute out.
As an Oni, he often uses either primarily long-ranged attacks, but if not using the Reppu, he often uses his claws in combination with wind attacks.
Strengths:
- Strong mind and will.
- Emotion reader.
- Drive and will to do what he must.
Weaknesses:
- Doesn’t really talk to many people other than women or other Oni.
- Finds it hard to attach himself to people.
- Has a bit of a weak spot for women.
History: Ibuki’s past remains unknown, but what is known is at the age of ten, he began to train as an Oni under a trumpet using Oni. He trained for about ten years until he was finally ready to become an Oni in his own right, inheriting his instructor’s Reppu and his Onteki. He took on the name Ibuki, abandoning his old name of Makoto Asakawa. He went on to fight against Rosutoni and Makamou alone, with no master, no student/disciple.
He currently works for Takeshi, traveling anywhere he needs to in Japan, having no actual place he prefers to remain at. He spends most of his days training, while only spending a little of it for himself. He finds himself lonely from time to time, having not yet met any other Oni…

"No student yet?" he questioned the Takeshi member who dropped off his Disk Animals.
"I'm sorry. Nobody has come in," he answered, "You should seek one out yourself."
"I'm busy," Ibuki answered, checking the Disk Animals, "The Rosutoni have been appearing more and more recently."
"There are other Riders and Rangers and warriors," the Takeshi man reminded.
"I can't let them do it," Ibuki said.
"Why?"
"My pride as an Oni won't let me," Ibuki stated.
"Pride?"
"The Rosutoni are Oni who gave into weakness for power. It's an Oni's responsibility to slay them," Ibuiki said, loading the Disks onto his bike.
"I see your point," the man said, "I think only you Oni see it that way. To us, we just want them gone."
"I know," Ibuki said, getting on his bike, "Later," he threw his salute out and drove off.
