Hair color/style:As a human it’s black and goes down to his neck, it's a little untidy and he doesn't pay much attention to it, as the Goat Orphnoch Kenneth has some thick downy fur growing around his ankles and his shoulders.

Description: Kenneth is 24 years old, as a human he is a young man of about average height with a bit of stubble. He has a fondness for fingerless gloves but as he works in a bar he mostly just keeps them in a pouch on his (normal) belt, and puts them on when he finishes work. He thinks that long coats are nice and has a black leather trenchcoat that he takes everywhere with him. However, he also has a second form as the Goat Orphnoch. As an Orphnoch his body is a pale sort of Grey with white fur ringing his ankles and forming a pair of pads on his shoulders. A pair of horns grow out of either side of his head and curl around the sides, where his ears should be, more horn like objects are growing out of his spine and hugging his stomach and a pair higher up that form an impromptu chest plate, as well as a few that are curling round his arms and legs. He has cloven hooves as an Orphnoch.
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Psyga.
Henshin Device/Sequence: The Psyga Driver and Psyga Phone. The Psyga Driver is a high-tech Grey belt which is buckled at the back, the front of the belt has a small space where the Psyga Phone can be entered. The phone itself is a large, metallic white mobile phone, the Psyga Mission Memory is attached to the front of the phone but can be slid out rather easily. By entering 3-1-5-ENTER into the phone and then closing it the phone declares that it is "Standing By", by placing the phone into the space on the belt and pushing it down (as long as the Psyga Mission Memory is attached) several blue lines will flow all over Kenneth's body and then glow brightly. The light fades away and the user is standing in the Psyga armor.
Forms: Kamen Rider Psyga only has one form.
- Form Name: Kamen Rider Psyga
Appearance: The majority of the suit is white with blue lines swirling all over it in a seemingly random pattern, these lines are called "Photon Streams" and carry the "Photon Blood" that powers the armor from the glowing purple orb in the middle of the armor called the "Psyga Core" to the rest of the suit. Psyga's chest plate is silver, but a small piece of it has been removed at the top right corner revealing some of the internal workings of the armor. The majority of the suit is composed of "Luna Foam" if that or the "Luna Metal" helmet is damaged badly the armor shuts itself off and begins repairing itself while stored inside the Psyga Phone. The helmet has three blue antennae and a bright purple visor in the middle of it. Image.
Transformation: Since Psyga only has one form, this is basically exactly the same as his Henshin Sequence (see above).
Weapons and Abilities:- Psyga's helmet contains a whole host of technology, the visor grants a HUD, lock on capabilities, and possesses Infra-red, Heat, X-ray, and Night vision abilities. The three antennae atop the head let Psyga connect to Smart Brain's satellite network and the Internet.
- The Psyga Mission Memory is a small metallic computer chip that acts in part as a Black Box recorder, it is incredibly tough and records everything the belt's user sees. It is usually stored within the Psyga Phone, but it can be removed and placed in one of the Tonfa's to execute the Tonfa Edge EX finisher.
- Psyga has a pair of Tonfa's called the Psyga Tonfa Edge's. The two weapons form the handles of Psyga's jet-pack, the two Tonfa's are very sharp and can cut through almost anything, they can also be used to perform an "EXCEED CHARGE" move called the Tonfa Edge EX.
- When Kenneth transforms into Psyga the Flying Attacker appears on his back, and can be detached. The jet-pack can fly at about 820 km/h and is used to perform Psyga's Rider Kick, and Rider Punch finishers. The handles can be removed to reveal that they are really the Psyga Tonfa Edges. The engines can fold down and outwards into Blaster Rifle Mode which lowers its speed and agility but does give it a pair of guns that can work in either "Burst Mode" which fires 120 rounds per-second that have minor tracking abilities, or "Single Mode" which fires one continuous shot from both engines.
- The Psyga Phone has other abilities aside from transforming Kenneth into his Kamen Rider form. Kenneth uses it as his regular phone because it works as such, it also has internet connection so he can mess about on facebook. By opening the phone up and then folding it down the gun becomes a small blaster entering 1-0-3 and then pushing ENTER into the phone activates "Single Mode", pulling the trigger fires a very weak beam of energy for about three seconds, it can fire 12 times before it requires a recharge. 1-0-6-ENTER engages the "Burst Mode" which fires 3 rounds of incredibly weak photon energy, after four of these shots the gun must be recharged. To recharge the gun Kenneth has to press 2-7-9 and then ENTER, it takes 5 seconds for the blaster to recharge. Pushing END CALL while he is transformed turns his Henshin off and his armour dissipates.
Finisher(s):- "Cobalt Smash" - The phone remains in Psyga's belt and he then pushes ENTER on it. The Phone declares EXCEED CHARGE and Psyga flies into the air with the Flying Attacker, a beam of energy is fired from the guns on the jetpack and stops in front of the target paralysing them and opening out into a cone. Psyga falls to the ground and disappears through the cone and it drills into his target, Psyga appears through the other side and if his target isn't dead, then they will be if they don't get to a hospital pretty sharpish.
- "Sky Impact" - Again Kenneth pushes the ENTER button on his phone and an EXCEED CHARGE is declared. Psyga plummets to the floor, picks his target up and soars into the sky again using the Flying Attacker, he then drops them to the ground and drops down onto them with his fist outstretched and punches them to the ground before landing on top of them in a massive crater.
- "Tonfa Edge EX" – To perform this finisher Kenneth must first remove the Psyga Mission Memory from his phone and place it at the top of one of his Tonfa’s. After this is done pressing the ENTER button will cause an EXCEED CHARGE that makes both of the Psyga Tonfa Edges glow blue. Kenneth can either trap his enemy in a field of blue energy by slashing at the ground, and then start cutting them up with his bladed tonfa’s, or he can eliminate the first step altogether and just charge into them and start slashing at them with the weapons. When the blades move through something they leave streams of blue energy in their wake.

- Form Name: Blaster Form
Appearance: Image. Almost identical to his above form but with several key exceptions. Firstly the colours have been inverted. Instead of white with blue lines it's blue with white lines running through the armour because the photon energy has bled out into the rest of the suit. The chest plate has been bulked up and has a pair of cannons on the back which can be brought up to the shoulders. In the center of the glowing orb on his chest is a gorilla core medal.
Transformation: Kenneth enters 3-1-5 onto the Psyga Blaster (a large prototype weapon which we'll talk about in more detail later) and then places his phone into it (while wearing the belt). A Smart Brain satellite locks onto his position and sends down a signal which creates a blue flash and sends him into his Blaster Form.
Weapons and Abilities:- The Psyga blaster is a high powered weapon that allows Kenneth to transform into his blaster form by entering 3-1-5 directly onto the buttons on the gun. It has several other abilities.
- Putting in 1-0-3 allows Kenneth to unlock the blaster and pull it into gun mode. In gun mode it can either fire extremely powerful blasts of energy or it can launch an energy drill that lets him execute his finisher.
- 1-4-3 causes the front of the cannon to drop off and a long orange blade to appear out of the front.

- The Psyga Field Floater are the cannons on Kenneth's back. When he puts 5-2-4-6 into the gun the two cannons on his back (the Psyga field floater) fire a single burst of energy behind him which allows him to jump high distances. He can also use it to hover in mid-air or slow his descent to the ground, but not to fly. If he enters 5-2-1-4 into the blaster then the Psyga field floater comes forward to his shoulders in "Bloody Cannon Mode". They can either fire high-powered blasts or rapid-fire energy bullets.
- There is one of OOO's gorilla medals in the chest which gives Kenneth's blaster form incredible strength and allows him to create shockwaves when he bangs his chest.
Finisher(s): Kenneth can execute the cobalt smash, but instead of the weapons on his flying attacker he instead uses the Psyga blaster and enters 5-5-3-2 - The Psyga blaster is a high powered weapon that allows Kenneth to transform into his blaster form by entering 3-1-5 directly onto the buttons on the gun. It has several other abilities.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Kenneth lives for the approval of his adoptive father Jack Frost. He gets rather defensive of Jack if anyone insults him or makes a joke at his expense, even if his adoptive father is right there laughing at the joke.
Kenneth is very jealous of people getting close to his father, work colleagues, friends even small children will make Kenneth very envious. He has been known to act coldly towards people who work closely with his father, sometimes openly hostile and on at least one occasion he’s murdered someone who worked closely with his father.
Despite the fact he murders, drinks and flirts outrageously he is at his core still very childlike
Strengths:
- Kenneth speaks Japanese and English fluently.
- Kenneth is an incredibly skilled hand-to-hand fighter even in human form he’ll be bouncing off walls, spinning around and throwing kicks at an incredibly high speed which is only amplified when he shifts into the Goat Orphnoch, and is catapulted through the roof when Kenneth is wearing the Psyga suit.
- Kenneth has good eye, a steady hand and a quick trigger finger, despite its low power he can be downright lethal with his Phone Blaster.
Weaknesses:
- Kenneth being an Orphnoch means that his DNA will inevitably begin to break down at some stage in his life. Kenneth has reached that stage and the most generous estimates give him about five or six years to live. However because his cells are dying at an abnormally fast rate he’ll be lucky if he can last one. Because of this he’ll occasionally get a shock of pain racing through his body, usually in high-stress situations like fights. He also gets similar attacks when he changes into his Orphnoch form.
- He has a ridiculously short attention span and can often get distracted by something trivial.
- Jealous and clingy of his “father” Jack
History: Born Kenneth Harp, he was the son of a 14 year old girl named Katherine Harp and a catholic priest named James O’Connell. When he was born lots of people started asking Katherine where her son had come from (a lot more had started asking when she was clearly showing signs of being pregnant). Katherine told them that she had been raped by Father O’Connell but no one except for her own mother believed her and as a result the family was sort of shunned.
Kenneth was raised by his mother and his grandmother (Jeannette) and was angry at the circumstances surrounding his birth, mainly because the children at school, and church (which he still attended with his grandmother) bullied him, and the rest of the small tight-knit village he was part of assumed his father was some other man in the village who was refusing to own up to it and treated him with disdain. They never suspected the priests involvement. Kenneth wasn’t told of his father’s true identity, but grew up hating the village priest because of Jeanette and Katherine’s intense dislike of the man, for reasons he would learn later in his life.
When Kenneth was 14 he stepped before a church congregation and declared that he was tired of his treatment and then proceeded to slit his wrists with a carving knife. 30 seconds later he was up again as the Goat Orphnoch. Confused and scared Kenneth went into a blind fury and accidentally set it alight. Leaving only father O’Connell alive, who then confessed who he was to Kenneth, and got his body torn apart as a reward. After finding out he’d murdered the only two people he cared about and everyone else in the village he just sat and wept.
Then he met Jack Frost. Smart Brain arrived and Jack sat there and talked with him, Kenneth just felt drawn to the man and Jack drawn to him, so he was adopted and took the surname Frost. Kenneth and Jack spent a lot of time with each other but recently as Kenneth has gotten older and been assigned to Lucky Clover the two have drifted apart and Kenneth is upset about it.
After the collapse of Smart Brain Kenneth has been taking odd PI type jobs for anyone needing a rider ...
Anything Else: Kenneth hates organized religion, for no apparent reason ... Well if we're honest it's a fairly good reason.
Sample RP: Kenneth Cross checked the email again. Finally a chance to prove himself to his father! It was only a few words, asking if he'd like to help out with an experimental project, but he already knew what this "Project" would be.
A belt, just like Reagan and his father already had. A rider system. He grinned from ear to ear and started packing a case to set off to America, he was going to be a Kamen Rider, saving the world from the human plague and ... and other stuff that was fun.
And best of all Jack would see how special he was, He'd finally get Jack's attention.
