It appeared that the Hathaway Foundation, whoever they were, were out a Driver. They had two more being developed by what he knew, but this might be more...fun, giving them the power that he used whenever he needed to transform, whenever the other Riders he helped out decided to turn against him.
He stood now in their base, having simply appeared, walking around.

After Tybalt's house got torn down by zombies Hathaway's "base" was really little more than a set of large Victorian factory that had been retrofitted inside. And now that someone who no one knew was outside Conrad and Laertes were on their toes.
Laertes in fact was walking out looking angry.
"Private property!" He called "Clear off!"

The masked man looked to him, "You were the primary user of the Rider powers, weren't you?" he said, his voice cold, still, like death.

"I know that your main power, Prose, is gone," he said, "I know you have two more in development, perhaps finished by this point, but how good are they?" He withdrew a Driver from his duster's pocket, "This is more power, should you desire it. I can prove the strength of it to you," he put it to his waist, if Laertes would push the issue and fight him.

Laertes looked at the belt buckle, and then narrowed his eyes.
"What's in it for you?" He asked.

"Absolutely nothing," the masked man said, pulling the Driver back, "But if I were you, I'd be thinking that I were trying to cheat you somehow, if I'm giving this away for nothing."

"Kiffa is a basic form at the start. Strength, speed, a sword, resistance. But...its true power comes out when you encounter others. It's meant to be the killer of the thirteen, to use their powers against them." He still held firmly to his Driver.
