Well, since we have a shared account for Forum Games, why not have one for the Omakes? And what better choice for account than Toei, who was pretty much involved with most of the characters here? Plus, it gives the characters some higher power to complain to in the omake threads! (And he Backstage topic)

Anyway, I like the idea but the Omakes are more of a crazy scenarios so breaking the fourth wall, in a sense, is kinda rocky in my terms =/

That's the point. Toei exists for the sole purpose of appearing in the Omakes when any of the characters have something they want to complain to them about. The Kamen Rider Net Movies are essentially omakes, so...
