Night Walk [Keiji]

The outsdoorswoman was found in a rare moment out of her element as she walked the city streets, the street lights shining down at the ground as she walked along towards her apartment.

The Mask

Sitting on the top of a building, snapping his fingers, listening for the sounds of violence. He was on a mission. A mission to destroy and annihilate all evil, no longer content with just arresting them. Keiji wanted to destroy them all. Kicking hit foot slowly off of the edge of the building, he spotted a lone woman walking down the side of the street. "It's dangerous out here." Speaking in a loud, audible, yet distorted tone. The waning of the pitch in his voice giving a crackling unnatural effect, staring down at the woman through the single eye hole of his mask.

The woman looked up at the strange masked fellow. "I know." she said in a confident tone.

[Keiji Hakai]

"The world is scary, isn't it? One second you're just walking down the street and the next you're locked up in someones basement being called a dog." Laying down on the very edge of the building, no longer looking at her. "Maybe you should run home before something bad happens to you." Laying on his side now, facing her, looking down and observing more through the single hole of his mask. Distorted crackling voice echoing through the street.

[Hikari Rei]

"While I appreciate your concern...I can take care of myself." Rei replied,, getting the distinct feeling that he was hiding something.

[Keiji Hakai]

"Take care of... yourself?" Tapping his index finger against the forehead of the mask, an audible clicking sound reverberating downward. "Can't say that I believe you miss." There was a rustling from a nearby alley. From it a large hulking mass emerged, to the knowledgeable eye it would happen to be a magma Dopant. "Ah, speak of the devil! I knew you'd come through this way." Lunging it's fire and brimstone charred body at the young lady, unleashing a torrent of flame as it moved. Keiji, still perched on the building top, awaited the results.

In a smooth motion, her hand went to her coat and brought out the EvolTruster, presenting it forward as the torrent of fire ran into a vibrant blue shield. Then just before the Dopant would have hit her, she pulled the Evoltruster apart, using a backup method of transforming as a blinding red light shone in the darkness...

[Keiji Hakai]

"Oooh." Keiji clapped his hands slowly as the monster attacked.

The magma dopant was surprised at the construction of this shield which stopped his attack, never-the-less pressing on with his assault. Throwing it's fist toward the girls stomach with great speed, even though she was now transformed. Her body would make a great specimen.

The light resolved itself into the silver form of Nexus, who stood a little taller than the Dopant. She grabbed his wrist and twisted it to the side before her right gauntlet glowed with power as she delivered a precise chop to his chest, sending him staggering backwards. The white eyes of the new figure would stare up at Keiji as if to say, "I told you so."

[Keiji Hakai]

"Must say, don't like your outfit too much..." Distorted voice screeching out. The monster had taken the blow but was not finished. It reeled itself back, letting out muffled gurgles of some broken speech. The gaia memory was obviously deeply embedded in this individual, losing all sense of self. Keiji stood up before the Dopant was able to move. "Turn-Up." His belt spoke, a blue rectangle appearing before him off the side of the building, jumping through it he transformed into the standard Blade form. Taking his sword from his side, running it through the dopant and crushing the Gaia memory.

As the memory was crushed and the unconscious human form of the dopant laid on the floor, Keiji again slashed his blade down at the human beings throat in order to kill him once and for all.

Nexus quickly placed her left hand to her right gauntlet and fired a crescent blast at his sword, directing it off of its target.

[Keiji Hakai]

"Oy, what do you think you're doing? I don't want to hurt you..." Placing his blade along his shoulders, kicking the unconscious body aside with a loud thud much akin to striking meat with a hammer. "That person is garbage. To be weak enough to be susceptible to the lure of a gaia memory? Worthless, ever lasting trash. Now... if you'll excuse me..." Walking over to the body he had kicked with a slight trot, Keiji was tired of seeing innocent people get hurt. If a few must die so the rest can live in peace, so be it.

"No human being is garbage." A feminine voice echoed in his head. "Step away from that man and let the law handle him." she said

[Keiji Hakai]

"The law? And what would you know about the law?" Turning his back around to face her, tapping the side of his leg with his blade. "You... you want to fight me, don't you? Looking at you I can tell. Your body is all wrong for it. Even in that suit." Cracking his neck, rotating his shoulders and jumping a bit in standard Blade form. "Well if you want to try and save this soul, I guess there's only one way..." Holding up his sword a bit, laughing from inside of the helmet, still distorted.

"I will not let you kill a human that has a chance to change their future." Her voice echo'd in his head, overestimating her would be his undoing if he wasn't careful.

"But if you will contest me, then there is a better venue." she continued as her right gauntlet was placed over her heart, and shifted back to her side, changing forms to Junis Blue this time, before touching her left gauntlet to her right one in an L shaped pattern, presenting blue energy forward before thrusting the arm into the air.

The stream of energy went up, and the dome of light came down in progression, illuminating the area as the Meta Field was transitioned into.
