The DekaJet descended through the atmosphere of Earth, appearing in the skies over Tokyo...and heading for the Dekabase. After being cleared to land, the base opened up its mecha bay, and the Jet was nestled inside.
Then, the ramp deployed...and if the persons she had asked to meet her were there, ambient light would be shining down a bit as the new arrival's appearance was anticipated.

Sakura immediately headed off to the landing site, she had heard that Dekabright had arrived and she was anxious to meet her, Sakura herself didn't really know this Dekabright only that she had served under her father before he retired, "I hope she's really nice" Sakura muttered to herself as she arrived at the mecha bay just as the door was opening. She quickly hurried down there and stood at attention while noticing that she was the only one so far.

Bridge wandered into the hangar in his uniform, except the jacket was unbuttoned, one shoe was untied, his hair was unkempt and he was just ... un-everything.
He yawned, rubbed his eyes and started doing his buttons up.
"Hey Sakura," He murmured "You alright?"

Jasmine also walked in, clad in the Chief's uniform and walking straighter than had been seen in a while. She had heard about the arrival of this Tokkyou, but was unaware of her reason for being here. Now she stood next to Bridge and Sakura, and waited for a little.

Noticing that Jasmine and Bridge had arrived she looked at both of them, “Hey Jasmine” she said with a smile while looking at Bridge, “hey Bridge…uhm…I think you should make yourself presentable…I heard that the Tokkyou chief doesn’t like untidiness and she’ll make you run laps” although she didn’t know if this was true or not she liked to see Bridge become a bit flustered.

The figure descended the ramp, dressed impeccably in her Tokkyou uniform (as in the bio), shaking her head just a little as her hair moved in perfect precision with the rest of her body. Then she walked over to the ones that stood at attention.
"Hmm, I only see one of the two people I came here to meet...But...I am the Supreme Chief over all Counter Special Criminal activity...Lisa Tiger." she said
"I am the acting Chief of the Earth Branch, Marika Reimon." Jasmine saluted, and Lisa saluted her back, this being where they make introductions.

Lisa looked Sakura over, "Hmm...a Kudo? .... we'll speak later. And you're Bridge Carson...I see the record does not joke when it comes to you." Then she turned to Jasmine, "Where's Tomasu Hoji?" "He is in the infirmary currently ma'am." "Very well, I will speak with him when he is awake." Lisa said in reply.

Lisa wanted to speak to her later? That worried Sakura but she didn't let it show instead smiling and saying, "Yes ma'am."

"Um ... miss Tiger?" Bridge asked "Do you have a comb I could borrow?" Normally he wouldn't act like this but he was very tired.

"..." slowly she produced a comb and gave it to him, "Give that back...or I'll make you run around the base 20 times." Lisa said with just a small hint of humor before looking at Jasmine, "Show us to the Dekaroom." "Of course."
So the four headed towards the East Section, where the Dekaroom was.
