I would say either Agito, Blade, or Ryuki...though the original Ryuki was actually Highlander with Kamen Riders basically, while KRDK was based off the Showa Era. Ha Ha...role reversal.

And Dragon Knight wasn't that great. Ryuki, on the other hand, was. And had a lot of great, sad moments, while DK had maybe one or two, compared to the multiple of Ryuki's dead Riders.
That, and Dragon Knight wasn't thought out very well. At first, Ryuki's "You can only enter and exit the same mirror", then it changes at random times to suit what they need. Then, 30-odd episodes in, Eubulon rewrites every rule in the show with absolutely no sense.
