Power, Death Eaters, and Voldemort's Return

Anyway, I'm think that something needs to be done about one of my next characters, Voldemort, stuff like what power will he have? And how will he get resurrected? Things like that.

I'm thinking I might make a thread, possibly in the nether, about Voldemort's coming back once I make him. Any suggestions?

Also, I'm thinking of making him the Black Knight from White Knight Chronicles. Human sized, of course.
