"Hikaru; I need a lookup," Nago said, placing a phonecall.
"What do you need?"
"Look up the following keywords for Zeno's new job; "Ocean" "Money" "Privilege" and "French"."
After a few moments, Hikaru had an answer, "The name I see is "Phillipe White."
"The Ocean Dopant," Nago said, "Be ready." He closed his phone and ran off down the street.

Mary was walking down the street, on her way to the Narumi detective agancy, when she saw a young man running down the street for some reason. Curious, she decided to follow him.
Meanwhile, Ryuuga was on his own little hunt for the Ocean Dopant, hoping to get back into SPD's good graces by catching the guy.

Nago slowed down, opening his suit jacket and pulling out a belt. He affixed the Double Driver to his waist, watching it span around his waist. He turned into a hotel and ignored the clerk, heading up a few floors by running up the stairs.
He knew his target was in this building.

Ryuuga, meanwhile, started from the roof, henshining into his Spike form so he could get up there. He made his way downward to where the Dopant was supposed to be.
Meanwhile, Mary was still tailing Nago from a distance, walking into the hotel only two minutes after Nago did.

Nago found the room he was looking for and knocked, waiting. A french man opened the door.
"Phillipe White," Nago said, lifting his roll of Gaia Memories, "It's time for your defeat."

"HOLD IT!" Ryuuga shouted, arriving in the hallway. "He's my target," he said to Nago.
Mary, meanwhile, arrived as well, but hid in the shadows.

Phillipe fled back into his room, throwing the door closed. Nago swore and threw it open, pursing him inside, "Hikaru!"
"Cyclone" he heard in his mind.
"Joker" Nago's Memory went off as the Cyclone Memory appeared in his Driver.

Sanyu took out his memory and inserted it into his Driver.
Mary, knowing exactly what's gonna happen next, took out her own memory and did much the same.

As Nago pursued Phillipe through his room, the Frenchman drew his Gaia Memory, "Ocean". He inserted the Memory into his left palm, his flesh rippling and becoming a blue, rippled being, like water rippling over his body. He held a trident, the gold matching the gold trim of his body.
Nago stood before him as Double, CycloneJoker, ready to fight. He didn't see the others.

"HENSHIN!" Mary and Ryuuga shouted, opening up their drivers and transforming into Skull and Prism, respectively. Prism followed Double into the room.

Using a Cyclone powered kick, he kicked Ocean back, then span around to see Skull and Prism.
"Two other Riders like us?" questioned Hikaru.
"Who are you two?" demanded Nago.

"Kamen Rider Skull," was Mary's reply.

Nago ignored them at the moment, spinning around and delivering another wind powered kick into Ocean, knocking the Dopant out the window.
"What's your point? To take this kill from me?" Nago questioned.

Mary said nothing as she watched the Dopant go down the window.
"Me? No! I just wanna destroy the guy's Gaia Memory and bring him in," Ryuuga explained.
