Ken was born in a family that traveled through Japan numerous times. Growing up, he watched numerous west movies and tv shows taking place in the American Wild West, and centered his whole image around that, going to such lengths as purchasing a revolver when he turned 18 and practicing his skills every day since then. He's famous for his skills with a gun, as well as his unique clothing style and his reputation as a private detective. Recently he watched as his childhood friend, Goro Asuka, was gunned down by an unknown assassin and has vowed not only to protect his friends, but also to hunt down Goro's killer and avenge his friend, using the Zvasuit and the ZvaCar, both of which Goro designed.

Sample RP: The scene opens to an alley in Angel Grove, California. A young woman is being mugged at knifepoint, the mugger saying "What are you waiting for, gimme your money, NOW!" The woman throws the purse to the mugger, terrified at the thiefs threat to kill her. As the mugger is about to leave, the sound of a guitar fills the air.
At the end of the alley stands a man carrying the guitar, continuously strumming as he says "Only a coward preys on an innocent woman. Either return her purse, or you'll regret resorting to crime." "Ha! Who're you, her boyfriend? You don't scare me!" the thug turned towards the newcomer and walked towards him, the knife still in his hand. the newcomer continued to play his guitar, showing no hint of fear. As the thug got close, the newcomer stopped playing and reached for his side with amazing speed. He took out a revolver and aimed at the thug, who stopped in his tracks. "Like I said, pal. Give the lady back her purse before I do something hasty." The thug ran back towards the woman, giving her the purse. "Now, drop the knife, and walk away." The thug dropped the knife and then said "Now!" four more crooks appeared behind the newcomer, each of them armed. The newcomer heard them arrive and holstered his weapon, pressing a button on his guitar. The guitar opens and a red suit seemingly made from rubber appears over his body. the newcomer quickly placed the visor into position and pressed the buttons on the sides of his helmet, again at amazing speed. The first thug said "What the hell are you supposed to be, a Power Ranger?" The newcomer let out a laugh and said "Here with a "zvatt"! Solving problems with a "zvatt"! I call myself the wandering hero! Kaiketsu Zubat!"
