Kougami stood in his secret room as the door opened to reveal Hina Izumi. He threw his hands to his sides, "Welcome!" he bellowed, walking towards her. Maki had left a little earlier, leaving a briefcase behind, sitting on the table behind Kougami.

Hina reflexively cringed slightly, the first time the President would speak would often surprise her. "Re..reporting as requested, sir.." Hina said, having donned the Ride Vendor squadron gear this time, and bowing in respect.

He turned around, "There are a few reasons why you get this position; my men saw you fight, and respected your abilities, as do I. Satonaka requested this, as did Gotou afterwards, both stating that you would be a powerful asset.
"I had Doctor Maki create this, just for you," he opened the briefcase and stepped aside, "The Greeed continue to grow; a Black Greeed now exists; and we have OOO, but we need someone else. I cannot spare my men, but you would be capable of sparing, as our newest member, you have not yet melded with the other soldiers.
"Take this power; Zero Birth!"

Once again she cringed slightly at how booming his voice was...but stood a little straighter and walked over to the briefcase, before looking at him, "Th...that's true sir, I only know Gotou-san and Satonaka-san so far.." She respected Gotou, and Satonaka she had come to see as a friend in the very beginnings of the word...though in the words of the latter, it had been business.
"So then.." she began, clearly overwhelmed and nervous about this prospect, and slightly embarrassed that her strength was mentioned again, "What would you have me do with this power, sir?"

"Fight the Greeed," he commented, "There was a Rider system known as Birth; we don't have it, but it utilizes Cells. The two OOO utilize Cores. Reverse/Re:Birth is a version of Birth, also using Cells. Zero Birth is capable of using both, unlike the other Birth systems. Birth is weak against the Greeed as a result. However, Zero fixes that problem.
"To shorten this, I want you to go with Hino Eiji when he goes after the Greeed; I want you to support him in his fight. I'll even send Satonaka with you, should you want her assistance."

Hina put her hands on the belt hesitantly...and nodded. "I'm not quite sure I understand...but I'll do my best sir." she said, "B...but...if you said this thing operates on cell medals...how am I going to get them? And her assistance would be good."

"You will be given a supply to begin with; after that, you must rely on getting them yourself," he answered, directing to the corner where a large jug sat, "1000 Cells to begin with."

"I understand." Hina said, taking the belt out of the briefcase, and decided to try something she had always wanted to do...at least in her mind when she heard of Kamen Riders....she held the Zero Driver up and then snaked it around her waist, surprised when it actually worked. "May I have my RideVendor as well?" she asked, her confidence going up by having the belt around her waist a bit.

Hina looked at him for a moment before taking the belt off and putting it back in the briefcase...finding a weapon set next to it. She picked it up and inspected it briefly...before putting it down and walking over to the milk can that had 1,000 cell medals in it. Easily, she hefted it up and slung it over her right shoulder....

Hina bowed to Satonaka, "I am glad to have you working with me, Satonaka-san." she said, feeling a bit better about this now that someone she knew had her back.
