Overview:
Michael is a very charismatic and charming man. He’s sexy, badass, and knows what he’s doing, always playing at one manipulation/game or another. He enjoys power and getting his way, often outmaneuvering opponents without having to fight, and serving his own ends over the Foundation’s as a result, as he takes jobs that can help him as well as the Foundation. He’s a test subject of sorts, and hates being called that, but uses the power for his own ends.

Henshin Sequence: He places the buckle on over his shirt, letting it spin an actual belt out to keep it on. He shouts out “Apollo Change!” to take on this form in a flash of light.

  Fighting Style: He usually uses a more refined style of fencing. When things get more desperate he goes wild, but still calculates, often using his shield’s blades for his wild strikes.
  Weapons: Apollo Cutter; his sword/lance/gun combo. It rests on his arm, with a grip inside. It can be used for piercing (lance) or cutting (sword), and can shoot energy bolts from the tip, since a real gun would be hard to reload. The blasts to solidify into bullet-like rounds. He has the Apollo Shield; a sun-like shield with blades around it.
  Abilities: Increased offense, defense, resilience.
  Finisher(s): Apollo Burn; focusing an incredible fire into his weapon (either) he simply cuts his opponent down, the flames adding to the cutting power.

Michael Cassidy’s past remains a mystery. Documents within Foundation X list him as being literally born into the Foundation, or at the least, what would become a focal point of the Foundation, as it didn’t exist at his birth. He was born to parents who were doing experiments that Foundation X would later be doing, but he wasn’t tested on early on. When X formed years later, his parents worked for them, so he was always around, as he had an interest in his parents work.

When he was nineteen the Foundation was formally formed by Neon. He was with his parents, among the first members. As it grew in power and size, he worked his way up, but that often meant taking part in dangerous experiments. These experiments gave him the power to become Apollo Geist by bonding with the belt, which would only lock to specific DNA. He also gained the Armor of the Black, and later, became an experiment for Mutamits.

At an unknown time he began playing his own games and manipulations, but still plays them, being a high ranked Foundation member now, supposedly. He refuses to tell his rank, but rumors say he’s highly ranked.

"Were you at my house a week ago?" he demanded, "Spying on me in the rain?"
"No," Cassidy said quickly, simply. He was a good liar, Kyle decided, or he was truthful. It was hard to tell, "Why? You miss my face? Or did you hope that your big brother had come to see you?" he mocked a bit, playing with Kyle's emotional state, knowing that he would hate this.
"You're not my brother," Kyle growled.
"By blood, yes I am," Cassidy told him.
"Brothers and sisters are people who are there for each other. I'm Josh's and Lori's brother; we've had fights, we've had our problems, but we've had our moments. We've shared; loved, laughed, fought…that's what being a sibling is. Blood doesn't matter." Kyle said, reiterating Declan's points from weeks ago.
"Blood is all that matters, Kyle," Cassidy told him, "Are you trying to separate yourself from our mum? Is that it? Or from me? You can't outrun your family, Kyle. We are your blood family; the only ones you have left, now that Adam Baylin is dead and gone. We are your fate, your destiny, now, Kyle. Join us, and you'll understand that."
"I will never join Latnok," Kyle growled.
"Good; then it's my heritage," Cassidy said, "I don't have to share with my little brother. I don't understand how you would have gotten it in the first place; you're the younger brother. But now mum will be disappointed…"
"You're only the face; you've said as much yourself," Kyle told him, "What would you want with Latnok?"
"Power," Cassidy said, turning to completely face him, a grim smile setting in on his face, "Tell me…have you told that attractive little girl you're with anything yet? I know you haven't, because you want to keep her safe. But let me tell you something, Kyle. If it wasn't for mum, I would have our people going after her again, not as a test this time, but as a way to make you cooperate.
"Mum has a sense of honor that I don't quite understand, as it only comes up in this situation; but I would do whatever was needed for Latnok. I would grab that girl myself if I had to; I would torture her in front of you, rape her in front of you, if I had to, in order to get the secrets from your head. Will I have to do that, little brother? I'd sooner rape her, as much as I hate the prospect of the action."
