Species: Human.
Celebrity Claim: Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo
Hair color/style: Never takes helmet off, irrelevant.

Description: Hiro is an off individual, first and foremost due to the fact that he never takes off a strange helmet that he wears in civilian form. This helmet is a result of Hiro’s struggle with existence, seeing his face and identity as a liability he decided to erase both. As well, wearing black gloves over his hands constantly with a matching black jacket and jeans. Boat shoes round off his attire that he wears constantly, never changing but instead opting to buy multiples of the same outfit. His helmet has a graphical equalizer shown by multi-color level bars on each side. Black space in the middle. These lines move up and down with Hiro’s speech.
Hiro is a bit on the taller side, at around six feet his reach and stature are usually above those around him. Though a bit on the thin side, under his clothes you can tell there is a very physically fit individual. Toned, lean muscle for flexibility and careful movements when needed though not lacking in raw power to say the least.
Rider Stuff
Name: Decade.
Henshin Device/Sequence: DecaDriver. By first pulling on both sides of the DecaDriver, turning the center of the buckle upward and revealing the card slot to Hiro he then inserts a rider change card into the slot. With a card in and the buckle still upright the stanby noise plays, stating “Kamen Rider” followed by a standby noise. Pressing both sides of it, Hiro transforms as the belt says the name of the rider that he is transforming into. The cards for all of this are kept inside of his RideBooker. When transforming his helmet vanishes so his new one can fit, though the light is so bright his face is still not visible and his helmet returns when his henshin is over.
Forms:
- Form Name: Decade

Having three modes, that of a small book like object which holds all of the cards Hiro uses, a sword and a rapid fire pistol-like gun. As Decade, Hiro as the ability to transform into any form of the previous nine Kamen Riders and their alternate forms by using the Kamen Rider and Form Ride cards. Final Form Ride cards can be utilized to give other Kamen Riders new forms and abilities as well. Attack Ride cards can be used by Decade to mimic any “special abilities” or attack of the other riders such as Kabuto’s “clock up” ability and Blade’s Undead cards.

Personality: Hiro isnt exactly a social butterfly, in fact he is quite the opposite. Rather than getting to know anyone at all he would prefer to be alone and wander through worlds, looking for something concrete to hold onto for a while before passing again. His helmet doesn’t help the matter as usually it puts people off to him, something that isn’t bad to Hiro as he prefers to observe anyway.
As a watcher of people, Hiro is incredibly analytical. Able to tell profound things about an individual just by watching them for a day, though always with an existential and pessimistic undertone, with such futility in existence for him it is not to sound like a downer. This extends into combat, Hiro has no affinity to good or evil. In his eyes they are philosophically the same and by extension of such he attacks both good and bad people in some-what equal proportions. However, if a subject he is observing is threatened or becomes interrupted in their routine, Hiro will jump in and make the situation right again.
His main strength, besides an analytical and logical view of things, is that in electronics and machines. A prodigy and genius by all mention of the word, Hiro is a natural at creating and repairing various electronic devices and mechanical equipment, going so far as to create the helmet he wears to this day.
His combat ability is nothing short of extraordinary as well. He moves freely and quickly through a battle, taking advantage of weak points that his opponent may have. Using his various forms and attack cards to great effectiveness in a combat situation, Hiro is truly a force to be reckoned with.
Strengths:
- Watching, listening, observation of any sort. Processing the data from said observations with valid logical inferences.
- Adaptivity, Hiro is second to none in the line of adapting to a given situation. Taking on any form necessary to gather the information he desires.
- Philosophical, Hiro is a great and often profound thinker. Despite his semi-solipsistic tendencies and nature he is often able to out think and match his enemies in battles of words.
Weaknesses:
- Existential crisis, Hiro is caught in the idea and pursuit of something concrete and true. After seeing his first alternate world the seed of doubt grew inside of him that all things were just a copy of a copy of a copy. His need for data stems from that because, with data, one could find a truth.
- Chaotic, Hiro has no sides or allegiances. Never staying in one place for too long and as a result if things go sour he often has no way of getting out. Though his adaptive nature somewhat compensates for this.
- Distant, it is impossible to get near Hiro in any sense of the word. If you try and talk he will simply listen and respond, never getting deeper underneath his skin. To break his cold shell is said to be impossible.
History: Hiro was born a half Dutch, half Japanese boy in Tokyo, Japan. Or, that is to say the Tokyo, Japan that existed in his world. From a young age he was able to see into other dimensions, they would at first only appear at night but soon started showing up in other places. He would watch kids through this almost looking glass into their world, for days at a time. His parents constantly worked, looked after by an elderly grandmother who barely knew he existed half of the time anyway. Hiro spent most of his life just tinkering. Creating complex mechanisms with ordinary household objects, only to be scolded by his parents he began to create masks for himself he wore while watching others through his dimensional windows.
Hiro had no attachment to other children in school, often not even going. Despite the fact that he was so young, Hiro simply wasnt interested and by the age of fifteen he was already venturing in other worlds. Being in another world, seeing other people he had never knew were real just broke something inside of his head. Was he real? Was any of this? If Tokyo existed in this world, how many copies of Tokyo were there? Where was this other version of himself? He began to break down. Shutting himself away in his room for weeks at a time, traveling through worlds and observing every manner of thing.
On a trip through one particularly violent world, Hiro had by chance stumbled upon the DecaDriver, RideBooker and K-Touch simply waiting for him. The items called to him, begged for his touch and when that touch came it was like an epiphany. Before, when something dangerous happened Hiro would have to run away. But with these, he felt he could fight and observe some more activities. Find out what was real. From that day on he has been traveling through planes of existence, worlds of people who don’t know he doesn’t belong and trying to find a balance.
Anything Else: Hiro can freely travel through worlds at will. They appear to him as panes of glass like structures that he can either observe or walk through. Hiro can also bring people with him, though it is very uncommon. To do this he simply has to be touching them while traveling.
Sample RP:
Helping an old man to his feet, “are you okay?” A young girl smiles and checks the man for bruises and scraped. Seeing nothing awry he simply smiles gleefully and bows to her with respect, she bows lower in return. On top of a nearby building, Hiro hangs his feet from the edge. His black and gold helmet absorbing the light in the center but the reflecting the rest into a ring.
“Kindness...” His mask illuminating with the words. Going up steadily with the volume and pitch, dying back down. The girl makes her way again, Hiro picks himself up and follows her on the edge. Looking down, several stories up, nothing terrifying for him. The girls phone rings, she picks it up and can only smile.
“Hello? Oh hi!” She replies, going on and on about nothing at all. Small talk. A pittance to whoever is on the other end. She keeps walking, a bit clumsy and oblivious to be honest but nothing too dangerous. She had her balance about her. Hiro followed suit, arms never moving, jumping the gaps between the buildings with ease and grace. Hushed as the wood. Suddenly the girl is stopped by an older looking man, grasping his chest and gasping loudly.
“She’ll help.” Hiro says, the levels on his helmet low to match his voice. Suddenly she screams, the man pulling out a Dopant memory quickly and jamming it into his neck. A sick and twisted monster forming from the shell of what was once a man. “Let her walk...” Speaking quietly again as the girl screams, Hiro jumping from the building and landing a massive axe kick to the top of it’s head. Stumbling backward only gargles came from it’s maw of a mouth.
“W-who are you?!” The girl, in a panic, grabbing at the arm of Hiro.
“No one.” Pulling from his pocket his Decade card. Unlatching his belt in one swift motion. “Henshin.” Sliding the card into the holder before pressing the sides and locking it again.
“Kamen Rider: Decade!” The belt pronouncing out, covering Hiro in bar codes. The beast taking a step back before lunging toward him again. Hiro simply turned his body at the waist and dug an elbow into the back of the creature who was no longer human. Pointing to the young girl.
“You may want to leave...” She didn’t have to tell her twice as she scurried away. Pulling the RideBooker from the side of his belt, converting it into a gun and at the same moment pressing the bottom of his foot on the back on the Dopant that he had just knocked down in one motion. Pulling from the RideBooker a single card. Sliding it into his belt as the creature screamed and writhed in pain, Hiro pointing it at the back of the head of the Dopant.
“Attack Ride: Blast!” From the booker a multitude of bullets landed directly into the back of the skull of the Dopant, executing it instantly. Hiro turned around, slowly walking toward the direction the girl had ran off to. Deactivating his transformation, his helmet forming again, off to collect more data.
