Anno smiled to himself as he swept his tiny apartment. Almost barren, he's had to sell most of his possessions since he left Smart Brain but he was content with what he has. For the first time since he saw Delta, Kyuuta was going to come for a visit. At last he could fulfill his destiny as a Caretaker, one meant to aid the Riders.
As he finishes his sweeping he puts on a pot of tea and waits.

Emily was dragging Kyuuta into the elevator as they approached his grandpa's apartment. The case that held Delta had been confiscated by her. Several moments later, they were at the the door to the apartment, the camera on with a ring of a bell.
Kyuuta glanced up at the typical security.

Anno presses the button to let Kyuuta in the second he hears the buzzer go.
The door unlocks itself downstairs. The guard nods to them as they pass in aknowledgement that they are allowed to be there.

Kyuuta led to way to the apartment and entered, bowing to his grandpa as his girlfriend followed his example.

Anno bows in return and leads them to the living room where he has tea set out on a floor height table. He looks over Kyuuta and asks him in Japanese. <"Has Emily's Japanese improved? My English still is not very good.">

"Just a little." Kyuuta replied in the same language - It was a change, due to travelling he normally spoke English.

<"Apologize to her for me since I may exclude her from our conversation then."> Anno says solemly as he pours them all a cup of tea.
<"Now when were you planning on telling me that you had become a Rider."> He asks as he hands both of his guests their cups.

"I..." Kyuuta murmured.
Boku? Emily frowned as she tried to discern words.
"I'm not the Rider." He said finally. "I can't use Delta." His eyes darted towards his lap as Emily sipped her drink.
"Are you passing it onto me again? Emily asked softly, putting her cup down.

"It was her?" Anno asked switching to English and uneasily pointing towards Emily.
"I saw Orpenoch fight Delta, I saw you both there. I assumed..."

"Delta has a mental attack." Emily told him.
"I can't control it, but she can. But..." Kyuuta murmured. He held out his hand and his fingertips glowed blue, red lightning dancing between them.

"You both are Delta?" Anno asks looking down at his tea. This wasn't what the visions showed him, it was one warrior not two sharing the armour. Had he already failed?

"It's a long story." Kyuuta shrugged.
"Wait." Emily interrupted, still using heavily accented Japanese. "Not being rude, but how did you know Delta?" She asked, infering the grammar.

"I accidently sent it to you." Anno admits and takes a long drink from his tea.
"I saw what Smart Brain wanted to do with it and I could not let that happen. I stole the phone and put into a random shipment out. "

Anno nods as he sees the phone. "That is the device. If I knew it was going to go to you I'd have put it in another box. You don't deserve this life."
