Dammit! That had taken him totally by surprise. Nazca pushed himself off the floor, and looked up at Kaixa.
"I can see that you're not going to be as easy to kill as I'd hoped," He admitted.
He stood up and pulled the Burst memory out of his belt before placing it into the hilt of his sword.
BURST! MAXIMUM DRIVE!
Nazca pulled his sword up and fired a net of orange and blue energy towards Kaixa.

Kaixa regarded the net coming towards him, and cocked the Blaygun back, firing a net of yellow energy through one of the holes in Nazca's net, letting himself get caught by the net as Nazca was also caught. Then with some difficulty, his hand went down to his phone, pushing it open and hitting the Enter button.
"EXCEED CHARGE."
The energy reverberated through the Photon streams before entering the Blaygun, making the blade glow with energy as he slashed out of the energy net and forming an X like drill in front of him before he entered it, going for the Xeno Clash finisher on Nazca and coming out on the other side of said opponent.

Why couldn't he move? Had he been hit with ... yup, Kaixa was readying a finisher. With the last of his strength he was able to look to the side and shout out "Todoroki!". Hopefully that rider would do something to make sure he wasn't killed.

Tsubasa eyed Femme, feeling the exhilarating rush of pain. He wasn't getting serious yet; he just had to buy some time. And when he heard Paragon's shouts, he knew his time was there.
"Next time I'll fight you to my fullest," Tsubasa told Natsumi, rushing off.

Jerome broke into the room, seeing a woman strapped down to a table, along with some cyborgs and Combatmen. He raced forward soundlessly, smashing the face of one Combatman in and flipping around, breaking the ribs of another with a kick.

Kiba had gone for the Xeno Clash but before it was completely through he was knocked out of the tunnel so to speak as V3 was there, and he brandished his blade, content with having hurt the "Great Leader" a bit.
Femme swore as V3 ran and shook her head, a small debate ensued in her mind on whether to continue to the power generators or go find Kiriha...

The scientists there attempt to work faster, the head one pointing at Hopper 2 and ordering a tiger and hawk themed shocker cyborg, one each, to get him...

Jerome raced forward, leaping and throwing himself forward at the Tiger, giving a series of rapid kicks in the air. He landed on his hand and flipped around, giving a spinning axe kick to the hawk's head.

The tiger cyborg took the blows repeatedly, flying back into a piece of non-essential equipment
The Hawk also took the kick, being floored by it as he tried to get up.
The head scientist didn't move from his post, trying to finish the last part of the mental project...since the body project had already been finished but not tested....however he was confident that the work was flawless. If the girl wasn't freed soon she would be under Shocker's mind control, and assume the form of Kuuga to make Hopper 2 her first victim...or so the scientist had in mind.

Jerome leapt Hawk and rushed the scientist, sliding across the floor and driving an elbow into the man's throat.

The head scientist died as the other scientists ran away, sending in more combat men as the two Cyborgs leaped at Hopper 2. There was also another concern....Hopper 2 would have to examine the computer that the head scientist was working at and figure out how to stop the countdown on the mental project. If ended pre-maturely, she would have shocker-like tendancies, but could break free with the proper guidance.

"Shit," Jerome muttered, leaping forward into the group of oncoming enemies, giving out shots as fast as he could, punches, knees and elbows, spinning and giving a kick to Hawk then flipping around and striking at Tiger.

The Combatmen fell quickly, like wheat under a scythe, and Hawk and Tiger both staggered back, weakened by the sheer ferocity of Hopper 2's attacks.
The countdown continued.

The Hawk Cyborg was dispatched in short order as the countdown reached 20 seconds...and counting...
As it continued to count...slow and rhythmic...the woman's body began to heat up a little, a white aura trying to manifest itself to buy an extra second or two from the impending defeat that the Spirit would suffer...and the failure in its mission..
The Tiger Cyborg saw this and rushed at the table, if Shocker couldn't have her, then no one could...or so its primitive mind thought.
