Marvelous was still on Ayers' Rock, still admiring the view. It had been some time since Joe and Ahim had left to reach the other Gokaigers, and he wasn't ready to leave just yet. Of course, he wasn't aware of a new presence arriving...

Giles stumbled around, reaching up to the top of the Rock, clutching his wounded left shoulder, blue blood rushing through his fingers. Gormin were pursuing from behind.
Up ahead he saw someone. He looked like...like a Gokaiger, based on his general appearance. Giles made it a point to know the appearances of the Gokaigers while they were on the run. He did something he never wanted to do again.
He assumed his bastard form as a member of their species, his blood becoming red as he bled through his black coat. He stumbled around, not calling for help.
He was too proud.

Marvelous heard the Gormin approaching, and quickly turned around. He saw them chasing after a man, and he quickly drew his GokaiGun. The former pirate captain then ran toward the Gormin, firing at them.

Giles ignored Marvelous, keeping behind him, watching him, hoping to get his shot at the man. To steal a weapon, to do something. Anything!

Marvelous continued to shoot the Gormin until they all went down. "Are you all right?" Marvelous asked the man, not looking back at him.

"Who are you?" Giles asked in his usual voice, hoping to get some information, lure him in, and eliminate him.

"That's not important right now," Marvelous said as he moved the back of his coat to withdraw his GokaiGun. You could see the GokaiSabre on the other side.

Oiles didn't like to beg, but he had to play a part. He moved forward, grabbing Marvelous's shoulders, "They've been pursuing me! You have to tell me something!" he begged, ready to go for the sword in a moment.

"I'm just an enemy of the Zangyack. I was once known as Captain Marvelous... But that's all in the past," Marvelous told him. However, he seemed suspicious of the man. Why would Gormin be chasing after one specific person?

Marvelous grabbed his GokaiGun just as the man took his sword. "Who are you?" Marvelous asked the man, pointing the gun at him.
