"All I can tell you is that they make them at their bases. Those bases are currently hidden, and I'm not aware of any locations. Japan is the head location, but that's the most secretive," Kiriha said, lying. He knew one base's location, but kept that to himself.

Kyle was the last person in the police station apart from a sleeping desk sergeant, the nurse and a man who was both drunk and asleep in a downstairs cell. Kyle was waiting by the door for Kiriha.
