Search for Blaze - Part 1 (Kenneth Frost)

[Kenneth Frost]

"Oh for f*ck's sake, are you a nun?" He sighed "Look, this guy isn't any Hellish demon I'm sure there's a perfectly scientific explanation as to why he's a ... flaming skeleton ..."

[The Caretakers]

"Well actually I am." She starts to say before Kenneth cuts her off talking about their being a scientific explanation regarding the Spirits of Vengeance, some of the Riders sure but not the Ghost Rider.

"Is there a scientific explanation as to why dying turned you into a beastman?"

[Kenneth Frost]

"Yes; a severe genetic mutation that affected numerous people towards the start of the age of the ancient Egyptians," He told her "Evolution resulted in the genes being spliced with more human traits in an unusual way and allowing people to change from human to beast person, it's a gene that shows up randomly inside people so, nyeh!"

[The Caretakers]

Sara dislocates her shoulder making it go even more limp and making it harder for Kenneth to put any pressure on it. Still not quite able to break free she goes to buy herself some more time.

"Why then does it not manifest until after the person with the genes dies almost always in a violent manner?"

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth stuttered a few syllables and then gave up, grabbed the girls hair and pulled her head back.
"Sh- shut up!" He yelled.

[The Caretakers]

That was unexpected. With her arm dislocated to escape a lock there is very little she could do to escape something like this. "I'm sorry."

She lifts her left leg up and drives her heel in the gap in between Kenneth's legs.

[Kenneth Frost]

The age old Dave Lister philosophy ("One swift knee in the happy sacks and it'll drop like anyone else!") was in full effect, Kenneth dropped to the floor and swore at the woman, rolling upright and glaring at her. She was so dead ... so very dead.

[The Caretakers]

Sara takes a few steps back and removes a sword from her pack pointing it with her offhand towards Kenneth on the floor. "I do not wish to hurt you. No man is beyond redemption, even you Kenneth Frost but I must find Johnny Blaze. Where did he go after you fought?"

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth rolls his eyes and sighs.
"No idea, I was busy searching for my phone in the grass," He tells her.

[The Caretakers]

Sara falls back a bit and her eyes glaze over for a moment. She drops her sword but manages to stop herself from falling to the ground. "Yes you fought along the road and he took your phone. Which road was it?"

[Kenneth Frost]

"The one outsi-" He stopped himself "Oh no, no, no, no, no! No you don't!"

[The Caretakers]

"Listen I recognize your hatred for Johnny but this is beyond either of you. I have to get him back on the right track or else the world is doomed." Sara pleads.

"Not just humanity but the world, including you."

[Kenneth Frost]

"I'm going to need some more information," Kenneth demanded. "What happens if he doesn't come back?"

[The Caretakers]

"Azrael wants to return the universe to the state it was in before there was light." Sara explains, she pauses for a moment to consider who she is explaining it to.

"What scientists call the Big Bang."

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth raised an eyebrow.
"Why?" He asked "Does he want to reshape the universe in his own image or something?"
