Description: Riku is a slightly tall person, about 5 feet, 10 inches. He has a thin, wiry frame, though densely muscular due to years of martial arts training. He has a slight tan, due to day after day after day of being in the sun, doing various activities. His face gives off the impression that he is older than he looks, having a face like that of an 18 or 19 year old person. His hair is short cut and brown, so as not to get in his face when he is fighting or doing something else. He usual outfit consists of a white jacket, with only two pockets situated on the inside. It is usually unzipped. Underneath the jacket is a black shirt, white lines outlining a cross through the middle.
On his lower half, he wears regular jeans, which are very odd for ninja (as said by his colleagues). The jeans look like they are tight fit, but they have great maneuverability for kicking and the like. He has shoes, that are brown, that he found in an old closet that he cleaned VIGOROUSLY since his favorite shoes got messed up while running around the village. On his hands he wears leather, fingerless gloves so that he has a bit more protection on his hands while training. On his skin he has a huge scar from the right side of his collarbone to his left hip, a small scar on his neck, and several scars on his back, feet, and arms from training incident (and his own hardheadedness.)
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Quasar
Henshin Device/Sequence: Quasar Driver: Riku activates his power as Kamen Rider Quasar by using one of six emblems that represent a type of body in space: Planets, Stars, the sun, the galaxy, Quasars themselves, and the universe itself. Riku starts by summoning the belt putting one hand out in an open palm towards the sky and one pointing towards the ground, palm facing the ground. He picks an emblem (usually Planet) with a flick of his wrist, and puts it in the middle of the belt, releasing the power of the emblem. A sphere (may it be planet, star, solar, etc.) comes over him, transforming him into that form.

- Form Name: Planet Form
Appearance: Quasar's Planet form is Blue, with circular armguards. The armor is smooth, the planet symbol in the middle of the armor. The helmet has circlular/triangular eyepieces, and another planet symbol as the headpiece.
Transformation: When the Planet Emblem is inserted into the Quasar belt, Quasar turns into Planet form, which is his standard form.
Weapons and Abilities: Quasar uses no formal weapons, just his hands and fists.
Finisher(s): Quasar Kick (jump to a flipping/spinning axe kick right through the middle of the enemy) Rising Planet (Energy infused spinning jump uppercut) - Form Name: Star Form
Appearance: The same as planet form, except the star symbol replaces the planet symbols, and the whole armor changes to silver. The edges of the form are smoother form.
Transformation: By taking out the planet emblem and replacing it with the star emblem, a Star sphere surrounds Riku and transforms him into Star Form.
Weapons and Abilities: Star Form has an increase in speed but a small decrease in overall power, making this the more speedier of the forms. This form uses dual daggers for weapons, relying on hit and run tactics instead of full on power.
Finisher(s): Shooting Star Slash (A straight slash using the power of the stars at extreme speeds). Falling Stars kick (jump and multiple bicycle kick on the enemy) - Form Name: Solar Form
Appearance: Solar form is like Planet form, except it is a golden color with orange trimmings, and the edges are sharper. The sun symbol replaces the earth symbol.
Transformation: Instead of using the earth emblem, the sun emblem is put into the Quasar Driver. A sphere that looks like the sun comes over Riku, turning him into KR Quasar: Solar Form
Weapons and Abilities: This form uses dual pistols, that take in and fire out solar energy in blasts. This form uses more power and defense than speed.
Finisher(s): Solar Cannon (Absorbs large amount of solar energy and puts the barrels side by side to create a large laser of solar energy) Sun Kick (flying drill kick through the energy infused with solar energy) - Form Name: Galaxy Form
Appearance: Galaxy form is a dark purple with soft edges on the left side and sharp edges on the right side. The galaxy (milky way spiral) takes the place of the Planet symbol.
Transformation: By using the three symbols (Planet, Star, and Solar) and putting all three of them in the Quasar belt, it creates the Galaxy emblem, which utilizes all three powers at once.
Weapons and Abilities: This uses a fusion of the two weapons; gunblades. This ups the speed, power, and defense of the armors.
Finisher(s): Galactic Smash (two slices through the enemy and then an overhead blast of galactic energy) Galaxy Crush (flying side kick infused with galactic energy) - Form Name: Quasar Form
Appearance: This is the most different from all the other forms. The Eye guards take a more circular shape and the armor has more rounded, yet fiercer edges. The entire armor turns red with gold trimmings, the mouth guard becoming more smoother instead of the ridged faceguard it usually has. The circular gloves are gone in favor of more armor like gauntlets and grieves.
Transformation: Riku must have the Quasar key and his three emblems to activate Quasar form. Once entering the three emblems into the belt and then putting the key into the top and turning it. A small quasar goes off in the middle of the belt then spreads, small quasars happening at the hands, feet, and head, initiating the transformation into quasar form.
Weapons and Abilities: Quasar form uses a katana like weapon; singular straight edge and curved. It is longer than most katanas however, and with intricate gold designs on it. Quasars abilities are that it can absorb most types of energy and release them in waves, blasts, or slashes from the blade. This form is stronger and faster than even Galaxy form.
Finisher(s): Quasar Cannon (concentrated energy of all types focused to the hands then fired out in a beam [Think of a Kamehameha wave) Shining Slasher (multiple slashes right through the enemy with the Quasar saber, infused with energy) Quasar Smash (Flying dropkick infused with energy) - Form Name: Universe form
Appearance: KR Quasar's final form has sharper edges than any of the other forms, with his shoulder plates pointing outward. The armor itself is a pitch black with a singular white stripe going through the middle. Its more armor than actual suit. The universe symbol is displayed on the front and forehead.
Transformation: By activating the Universe buckle within the Quasar Driver, and putting the three emblems with the quasar key, the universe power of the Quasar belt is activated. A universal force is let out from the belt then forms/absorbed into the armor.
Weapons and Abilities: This form uses a buster blade, with the Universe motif in its hilt and crossguard. The blade is both long and wide, and extremely heavy to anyone other than KR Quasar: Universe form. This form is able to utilize energy to a higher degree, to be able to make clones, beams, blasts, and illusions. But this puts an enormous strain on Riku, so it is not advised to do too much.
Finisher(s): Big Bang (A large concentration of energy formed into a ball then fired at the enemy). Universe Slash (Four other clones are made then each one takes turn slicing twice through the enemy. They all converge above the target and slice all together with Riku for the finish) Universal Rush (multiple kicks to the midsection into a rising kick, then a high jump above the aerial enemy to a falling axe kick infused with energy)

Inside Stuff
Personality:Riku is a very kind, shy individual. He is soft spoken, yet able to speak his mind when the time is right. He stands up for what he believes in and when he starts something, he sees it through to the end. He is very caring also, taking care of his friends and even strangers when they are injured or sick. He's not the kind to try to steal the show, but can if something happens. Despite his age, he has very sage-like wisdom on some subjects, such as relationships or battling. He is very warm hearted, and is able to listen if someone is having problems. He is also very protective of those he considers friends or allies, willing to lay his life down on the line even against impossible odds. His eyes shine with a caring light, and he is never too mean. He can take things too literal at times, but he's really good natured. He's not very good with women, however, since he blushes at the first sign of a compliment and is not good with flirts either. He gets very embarassed very easily.

History:A small, pale skinned baby was born under the the half moon on the day of may 4th 1989. The cooing of the baby. The mother of this small child held and fondled the baby lovingly, saying sweet nothings to the newborn baby. The father sat in the corner, tears of joy in his eyes. The nurses soon came to get the baby cleaned after he met his father and mother for the first time in his short time in this life. The baby was cleaned, sanitized to make sure no germs got to him too soon, his immune system too weak to fend off a virus. The mother stayed in the hospital bed, too tired to follow her child to the infant ward, where they took care of the babies in their first day of life. The father stayed behind with the mother, having to also rest from this whole ordeal. Though they looked in surprise; he had wing like birthmarks on his back!
The Newborn baby was shrouded in darkness, but flooded by warmth, which it could only tell was its new world, the world it had been brought into. He was taken in, from what he heard with his developing ears, to others like him. He opened one eye, the light blinding him for few precious seconds before he opened his eyes fully, trully experiencing this new world he was in. He was sat down in a soft bed, a wave of tiredness now running over the newborn. Soon he was asleep just like his parents, resting, napping.
Early Childhood Arc
Riku's childhood was good...for the first five years. Riku's was treated well, he played and had fun like any other kid. Even though he barely met his father sometimes, at least he knew he had a father. He made friends when he was small in the village he was in. He constantly had a smile on his face, even when he was young. He went to the academy often, like other kids his age did. He had a good life for the first five years of his life....but things all changed then.
Six. That was the age Riku was when the most horrible event in his life happened. Six. His father came home, after having been gone for a year. But he seemed like a changed man. No longer was the soft smile that embroidered his face there, but a glare of pure contempt, aimed at his mother for some reason. He had just got back from his Karate practice, having worked hard. For some reason, his mother was crying hysterically, on the ground, her hands in her face. His father sprouted wings, just like he had. He hid, not wanting to be seen. Then in an instant, his father was gone, a singular black feather on the ground. He swore he saw a smirk on his father's face before he left. As he went into the house to see his mother again, his mother lashed out at him, trying to kill him with the nearby butcher knife. She had completely snapped. She was soon constrained by the authorities, Riku now being parentless since his father had dissapeared and his mother was now insane. The next day he found a letter, instructing him to go literally down the street, to meet a man named Shio. That was the man who would be his family for the next 10 years.
Rest of Childhood/Teenage Arc
Most of the rest of Riku's Childhood and all of Riku's Teenage years were spent with his master, which he affectionately known as Shio. He was taken to the eastern islands on boat when he was 6, having met up with Shio after a message saying that the worst had come had reached him. Shio was a tall man, being 6'6. He was very muscular, scars all over his forearms and chest. He had a cut on the bridge of his nose, a confident smile on his face at all times. He wore a biker-like jacket, with a white T-shirt and ripped blue jeans. A part of his left ear was missing, and his tail had its end missing. Though he always cared about Riku, he came off very rough. Training was very soft for Riku in his first four years training with Shio, being like his old Karate class.
But when he turned 12, his real training began. On the first day of real training, his master accidentally put too much power in a Shuto Karate chop and gave Riku a deep scar, his sternum having been able to be seen. He was stiched up, but the cut would remain in scar form. Throughout his teenage years, he attended a nearby school, but also trained with the man known as the 100th Dan Karate master. Riku became a very good martial artist in his own right, also learning Kenjutsu from his master, though he had to go to an acquaintance of his master to learn more about Kenjutsu and Iaijutsu. He had another accident (his own fault this time) involving a practice sword. He got a not-so-deep scar on his neck, which taught him that katana hurt...alot! At 16, he was allowed to go on his own, having already been a genin for a good couple years but having too much time on his hands to train.
4 years later, he was just sitting at home with his sensei. Then, out of the blue, came these beasts, these monsters, that attacked him and his master. His master died in the process, but allowed Riku to escape. In his last moments, Riku's master gave him an emblem case that held three emblems. Riku ran and ran, trying to get away from the monsters. They caught up an hour later in a forest clearing. A shooting star went overhead, and when Riku tried to block with the emblems, the emblems blew away the monster and granted Riku the power of space itself, in the form of the Quasar Driver. Since then, Riku has dedicated himself against the organization that fought and killed his master: Shocker.
Anything Else: This is my first Kamen Rider on here, and this is my first time on here!
Sample RP: Riku looked up at the night sky, seeing the twinkling of the stars and the brightness of the moon illuminating everything. Deep sighs came from him, becoming one with the night air. "Are you ready to go over there?" Riku said, pointing to the Shocker Monster and the foot soldiers. They looked at him quizzically, then began their attack. Riku rose one palm up to the sky and one palm towards the ground, taking a deep breath as a light flashed, a belt appearing around his waist. "Henshin." Riku said, flicking his wrist as the Planet Emblem came to his hand, being put right in front of the belt as the belt absorbed it, releasing the power of the emblem. The planet itself came over him, putting the armor on him. "Lets go!" Riku said, running at the Shocker forces.
