Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Rey
Henshin Device/Sequence: An advanced robotic kivat known as Rey-Kivat flies into Takato's hand. As it flies, it will say "Graceful, yet violent". Once in hand, Takato will hold Rey-Kivat for a second and it will make a repetitive sound like Kivat does when it bites. A belt will form, with the appearence a black version of the Kivat Belt. Rey-Kivat attaches upside down on the power roost. A large snowflake forms in front of him, and it breaks into many pieces that is absorbed into Takato, forming Rey.

Inside Stuff
Personality: He is a loner and doesn't really want help nor does he feel like doing much aka he's lazy. He has a somewhat heartless personality, only caring for his allies or his friends. Otherwise, he shows no concern to anyone else. He has a very strong sense of what "justice" means and usually, he is often brutal when it comes to crimes and punishments.

History: Rey was born from a legendorga father and a human mother. His father dreamed of world domination and created 3WA, a company with the intent of making everyone bow before him. He wanted complete control and tyranny, and wanted his son to take over him, should he die by any means. But Takato in the past wanted world domination to be a good thing and make the world a better place. No, he wouldn't allow his father to do something like that. Secretly, Takato created the Rey-Kivat from studying other kivats out there. He used it to become Rey and confronted his father. With both having separate beliefs, his father attempted convince him to change. Takato refused to hear another word and a fight ensured with his father almost activating a superweapon. Takato stopped it and was forced to kill him. Now he takes over the mantle and turns 3WA into a weapon making company, creating firearms and weapons and sells it anyone who is brave enough to combat against any threat.

"So," Takato asked the two riders. "Welcome to 3WA."
Glaive and Caucasus nodded and listened. Takato then said, "Since you are just recruits here, I would like to test your loyalty to me."
"W-w-what?" Glaive stuttered. "But we just joined here and you want us to do something already?"
"Yes, of course," Takato replied. "I need to see what you can do. If you both are deemed worthless you will be terminated."
"Terminated, but why?" Caucasus asked.
"Because you already know our objective, am I right?" Takato pressed. "I can't allow you to spread it, so are you in or out?"

Appearance: images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110331005754/kamenrider/images/5/56/KMRey.jpg, with two exceptions. Rey doesn't have a furry ponytail on the back of his head and his claws are folded back and hidden by a barrage of chains, only revealed with the "Key Fuestle".
Transformation: Explained above.
Weapons and Abilities: When a key fuestle is blown by Rey Kivat, he will say "Wake Up!". It then makes a eerie cold sound (based on Kivat's Wake Up fuestle sound) and the chains on Rey's arms break apart, revealing Gigantic Claws.
Finisher(s): Rey can perform Blizzard Claw Execution by repeating slashing the opponent with his Gigantic Claws. The opponent freezes into ice and then explodes.

- Smart. He will think very carefully about situations, before making a move.

- He usually only focuses on one opponent at a time, and can be overwhelmed in numbers.
- He is quite stubborn and does not want to "taste" losing.
