  Weapons and Abilities: Peter's suit is integrated with lot's of technology picked up from other riders. However the result is that what was originally designed as a standard suit of armour is now overloaded with a lot of equipment. Most of it isn't working at a hundred percent anyway but when you factor in how much power it takes to run and he's made up of old, barely functioning equipment that slows down or sparks and breaks if he tries to use more than one piece of it at once. :
  • A Kivat fused to the right shoulder, lot's of nerves and wires sticking out of it and linking to Peter's neck. The Kivat's mouth is held open so fuestles can be activated. Peter has three fuestles (at the moment). Occasionally the Kivat may feel a bit brave and try not to activate the unit but a quick surface shock from the wires on his neck and he's obediently firing up a fuestle =3
    • Howl Sabre, a purple fuestle that turns his chest and right arm purple and furry and also allows him to wield a violet version of the Garuru Sabre. Taken from a werewolf named Howl.
      
    • Splash Magnum, a sickly bright yellow fuestle that turns Peter's right arm and chest scaly and a similar colour. It gives him access to a large handgun that fires spheres of water. Taken from a mermaid named Splash.
      
    • Stomp Axe, a dark red fuestle that gives him bulked up robotic looking chest armour and metallic plates all down his right arm. It also gives him a huge axe made of pieces of sheet metal bolted together. Taken from a Franken named Stomp.
  • Peter's left arm appears to be a darker version of Kamen Rider Kabuto's with a rather mangled zecter on it's wrist. It looks like it might have been based off of a scarab beetle but with most of it burned off and the internal components wired down the inside of his arm and into a socket at the back it's hard to tell. This arm is able to Cast Off and the Zecter allows him to Clock Up.
    
  • Fire appears to be burning through parts of the armour. Peter can create "bursts" of Hellfire all throughout his body in up to a meter radius but cannot shoot it. He can however transform any weapon (even a powered one) into a hellfire version that can shoot streams of fire.
    
  • A card reader in the belt which can read almost any card from any system. At the moment he has access to:
    • Advent Cards
      • Psycorogue allows him to summon a mechanical cricket monster to aid him in battle.
        
      • The Wheel Vent card transforms Psychorogue into a motorcycle called the Psychoroader. It looks kinda creepy, because it's just Psychorogue with wheels and a tail.
        
      • The Accele Vent card gives Kamen Reaper incredible speed
        
      • The Final Vent card which initiates the dead end finisher you can read about below.
      
      
    • Rouze cards
      • Magnet Buffallo, allows him to control magnetic fields within a limited radius.
        
      • Metal Trilobite, turns Peter's body entirely metallic and very resillient, even though it does mean he conducts electricity.
        
      • Smog Squid, causes the smoke accompanying the hellfire in his armour to become extremely thick and flow all around.
        
      • Remote Tapir, allows Peter to un-seal Undead from their cards and control them. Undead can be re-sealed by a different person during this point but normally they are re-sealed when Peter wills them to return.
        
      • Tornado Hawk, creates a gust of wind in a five meter radius around Peter.
        
      • Reflect Moth, reflects an attack back on his enemy.

Alright some general ideas for the Rider form.

A Kivat physically restrained to the Rider form for the use of fustles.

Maybe a physically restrained Zector but that may be a bit much.

Some hellfire infused weapon from a Ghost Rider.

A lobotomized mirror monster for the Advent Cards.

Extensive Shocker derived cybernetics to tie all the individual rider gears together.

Okay, I'm going to give it a major weakness: He can't integrate magic or organics into the armour, only technology.

How about on the side of the belt, there is a memory driver which can as the name suggests, gives it access to use dopant and memory powers?

I like that, it's a very good idea, adding to it: He can use a Gaia Memory at 100% power once it's activated but it destroys the memory in the process meaning he burns through them quickly.

He'd have more reason to attack Memory using Riders if so.

I think I'm going to make up the cards and monsters he's using so I don't complicate matters but he may steal cards from Eugene and William when he gets out of Section.

Also how does a sort of Halo-esque invisibility sound? He can turn invisible but there's still visible distortion and if he makes a sudden move (jumps, stubs a toe, recoil from a gun, anything that isn't walking very ... very ... very slowly) causes it to short out?
