Name: Black Mighty Morphin' Power Ranger

Morpher /Sequence: ...do I really have to describe it? I do? Very well, then... Adam takes out his Power Morpher, and shouts "IT'S MORPHIN' TIME!" That's really all I can describe.
Description of Ranger Form: Black Mighty Morphin Power Ranger A black outfit with white diamonds around his torso. His gloves and boots have an inverted color scheme, with black diamonds on white. His helmet resembles a Mastodon.
Other Modes: None
Weapons:
- Power Morpher and Mastodon Power Coin - Originally damaged, Adam used it once to assist a ranger team fourteen years ago. Nine years after that, Sentinel Knight recruited Adam to lead a team of other Rangers, and restored both his Morpher and his original Mastodon power coin to working order, allowing him to become the Black Ranger without any risks.
- Power Axe - It is a black, single-blade axe to be used for blunt damage. The base of the axe can be slid downward towards the base, converting into a cannon-like weapon that forms the main portion of the Power Blaster. Adam can also use it as a cannon on it's own.
- Blade Blaster - A small ray gun that could turn into small swords, used as Adam's sidearm when not using the Power Axe.
Zord:
- Mastodon Dinozord - A zord that can fire frigid blasts of cold air & mist at enemies, temporarily freezing them. Its hiding place is in the deep Arctic. It can transform into the Lion Thunderzord, which is a more defensive Zord.
Inside Stuff
Personality: One of the longest-serving Rangers in history, Adam has grown from his early days as a Power Ranger. He has proven himself to be a very capable leader in battle, and is very compassionate and loyal to his own team. Despite him being a leader, he treats all his fellow Rangers as equals.
Strengths:
- Has had experience fighting Evil as a Power Rangers
- Exceedingly determined.
- Is able to mediate any quarrels between fellow Rangers.
Weaknesses:
- Can get a bit cocky at times.
- Has no abilities outside of uniform, unlike most other Rangers.
- Spent nine years out of commission due to a damaged Power Morpher/Power Coin, so he not as strong as when he was in his prime. (But he's still got it.)
History: Adam first met the Rangers during an attempt to save his teacher's baby alongside his friends Rocky DeSantos and Aisha Campbell. The three of them lived in the city of Stone Canyon, California and were visiting Angel Grove for the Final Round of the Team Ninja competition. To the Rangers' surprise, the Stone Canyon trio were not there as spectators, but to compete in the final round of the tournament, and they ultimately won.
After Jason, Zack, and Trini left the original team, Adam, Rocky, and Aisha took their places as the Black, Red, and Yellow Rangers, respectively, and joined the Rangers in their battle against Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. After losing the Thunderzords, he gained new Ninja powers to combat Master Vile, who was searching for the Zeo Crystal, which was then split into five pieces and scattered through time, sacrificing his Ninja powers in the process.
(Note: I'm skipping Zeo and Turbo, as they do not involve Adam's current powers.)
Two years after giving up his Turbo powers and leaving Angel Grove, he assisted the Space Power Rangers/Megaranger in battle using a damaged Power Coin/Morpher. However, as it was damaged, its connection to the Morphing Grid was very unstable, and its power failed quickly, leaving Adam weak to the point of near death. He then decided never to risk morphing again...
That all changed nine years after that, when the Sentinel Knight recruited him to lead a team of Rangers to fight the son of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd, and had his powers permanently restored.
Despite having his power restored, he doesn't morph as often. However, if there's a need for a Ranger, he'll be there.
Anything Else: Played by Sanyu. Due to the 2010 Reversion of MMPR, Adam technically counts as a Disney era Ranger, and possesses the same Medium Awareness that Ziggy Grover, K, and former teammate Bridge Carson do. However, he doesn't display it as often. And speaking of Bridge, he keeps in contact with him often.
During his initial stint as the Black Power Ranger, there was a zombie outbreak in Angel Grove. Year later, he wrote a song about it. However, he wasn't bitten as the song implies; he just added that as a twist.

Adam Park has just gotten through playing a show at Angel Grove, not having been there since he left the Power Rangers. Being there reminded him of his high school days... mostly the parts about fighting monsters, but there were still some other memories there, too. He even went to the juice bar and found Ernie working there again, much to his surprise.
After all was said and done, though, he still had other work to do. Some time ago, he had heard of someone in Japan wearing a replica of his suit fighting the Zangyack Empire. Normally, he would let this slide, but Bridge mentioned something about pirates turning into other Rangers last time they had talked, which had Adam concerned. So he needed to get to Japan as quick as he--
"OH MY GOD, IT'S ADAM!" Cue squealing fangirls.
Adam looked back at the crowd of girls running toward him. "Oh crap!" he shouted, running as fast as he could. Not even a Power Ranger can fight off an army of fangirls.
