"Arthur, we should split up and search, maybe." Ren suggested, then glanced to the noisy ones, "Yeah, quiet."

Arthur bit the inside of his mouth and looked at the men and women around him. "Okay, deal with your personal sh*t on your own time, okay?" He grumbled "We know that Banquo isn't that powerful, she can't have gone far, we split up and we find her, okay?"

"I work alone." Ren said, "Or with Arthur; that's it." He spread his Orphnoch wings, "I'm off, Arthur."

"Martain, stand down. We need all the help we can get right now." Alan ordered.
"Whatever but they're going to answer for this." The black ranger groaned but he backed off from Clive and Kono.
Penny shook her head. "Grow up please."
"Just follow Arthur, he knows the terrain better than we do. We'll find Banquo and clear out this side of town."

"Are you sure you want to allow these kids to fight?" Kono asked Clive in a whisper.
"We need all the help we can get Kono" Clive replied, "besides I trust Alan to keep his team together and focused. We're just there to make sure they don't lose their cool" then turning to Patriot, "Patriot on me and keep your eyes and ears open."

Arthur walked down the street looking around for some clue as to where she went.
She had in fact ran into a building and started to raise some of the dead office workers lying around.

Alan looks over the building. "We haven't searched that one yet. Martain, Penny, Larry you guys take the roof and search downwards. We'll start down here and meet you in the middle."

Arthur nodded and walked into through the doors of the building, there was something odd, the air smelt of incense. He started looking around, dead bodies were in the corners all over the place.
"We should've brought petrol ..." He muttered as he moved towards the staircase.

"We needed the gas for the bikes. Don't worry I got them." Alan says walking over to the pile of corpses and preparing to morph.
Harriet reached out and grabbed him. "Alan don't, if they haven't passed on fully the Hellfire will send them to Hell. They've been through enough."
"Why wouldn't they have passed on?" Alan began to ask.
"Where is the Angel of Death?" Harriet replied.
"Duly noted." Alan said gritting his teeth.

With the sheer amount of rubble climbing to the roof wasn't too difficult for Penny and Martain. Or rather it wouldn't if they didn't have to keep saving Larry from falling. One of these saves prompts Larry to ask, "Why'd you freak out at Clive like that? You two seemed to get along pretty well after the resturant."
"Because he screwed us over. We should have been there when the White Ranger showed up in Vancouver. Or at least have known about her before she went after your parents."
"No one got hurt." Larry said.
"That's not the point. Someone could have and they could be now. For all we know she's slaughted all of our familes while we've been stranded out here." Martain snarled.
Larry looked away not wanting to face that idea.
"Face it kid. Being heroes isn't all it's cracked up to be." Martain continued.
"Martain, let it go." Penny said placing her hand on his shoulder.

+Cutaway. This has no effect on this thread's current events. I'm just planting a story seed for later on.+The small group of students huddled in the back of the super market and opened a can of peaches and began sharing the contents. The leader, a twenty year old by the name of Dave, made sure the children got a bit more juice than the adults. They had broken into the shop days ago during their quest for food and had found most of the canned and boxed food unspoiled. Their small dinner was interrupted when the lights flickered off, leaving them in the green glow of the emergency exit sign. The children immediately hid behind the teenagers of the group, leaving Dave at their head, as usual. He picked of the piece of pipe that served as the group's only weapon. "Wait here. It's probably the fuse, be right back. Don't worry, everything is fine." He made his way down the cereal aisle towards the front office where the fuse box was located. Crunch! He looked down. A small pool of puss oozed out from under his shoe. I guess the bugs found the food like we did.In the soft light of the day leaking through the windows he noticed more bugs crawling in and out of holes in boxes. As he looked closer he realized the all the shelves were crawling with insects. He also noticed they were eating the food, all of the food, at an extreme rate. He stopped and turned at the sound approaching feet...... _________________ Several minutes later..... The teenagers tried their best to keep the children calm. But the only thing that ever seemed to calm them was Dave, their leader. He had a way with them. All the children fell silent at the sound of approaching feet..... Out of the shadows walked a man in a fine suit, spotless and clean cut. He appeared so out of place in the madness that surrounded them. "Hello children." his voice was smooth and dripping with kindness. Cindy, one of the older teenagers, recognized the man and step forward. "S-sir? Aren't you the Lord Mayor of London?" As she finished her words the lights flickered back on. The newly lit store revealed all shelves and aisles emptied of all food..... "Why yes. I am." He reached up and took out his white handkerchief and wiped so crumbs from his lips, a strange ring glinting on his finger. "It's good thing I found you poor children. I'm positively famished....." +End cutaway with some creepy music....+

Something leapt down the staircase, past Arthur and landed in front of Harriet. A huge hulking zombie, whose torso and head had sort of merged together into a bulbous blob with a pair of long spiked tentacles instead of arms. It screeched and then started stabbing at Harriet. Meanwhile upstairs another similar monster roared and ran up the staircase to the roof, heading for the Fallen Rangers.
