Description: Rei wears white and gray clothes mostly. He often wears a white greatcoat, tattered to an extent, but silvery lining on it shows that he’s refined, and that the tatters are battlescars, of which there aren’t many, since he rarely gets hit. He often wears white pants, black boots over the top, and a golden belt, with a gray shirt under his greatcoat. He stands about five eleven with a muscular, lean build. He paints his nails white, leaving them long and filing them often.

Team: Technically the Gokaigers, NA, works for Zangyack.
Morpher /Sequence: Rei takes his Mobirate and puts his GokaiKiller Key inside, twisting it. Three X’s and a V fly over him, forming his coat, helmet and the rest of his suit.
Description of Ranger Form: GokaiKiller
Weapons:

• Gokai Filer – A golden and blood red weapon. Thin and somewhat thick as a hilt, the front is narrow. He flips open a very narrow blade, about as long as the Mobirate itself, not very long. A small hook at the end, like a nail filer would have. The outside is the only bladed part of it, the inside is dull. When “sheathed”, the blade is facing out, making it hard to hold without extending it.
  

Other Equipment:

• A small gold nail filer that he always has on his person. Nothing special, no engravings or anything. He just likes it. He always keeps it in a breast pocket of his greatcoat. Losing it would cause him to be bloodthirsty.

  Inside Stuff
  Personality: Rei is an aloof loner of a man, often working alone, only teaming up when absolutely necessary, but he hates it. He is a calm man who never finds anger, and despises it. He often smiles and takes things lightly, but often focuses on his nails rather than his foe, but even if it doesn’t look like he’s paying attention, he is. He is very smart, very sly, and a great manipulator, called in only when things are dire. He has a great interest in his nails, filing them most of the time, keeping them long and effeminate, but he doesn’t let people talking about that rile him up. He likes to appear somewhat effeminate, as it makes it so much more rewarding when he wins after being mocked. Superb in combat, he often mocks his foes and again, doesn’t pay attention in battle. He prefers weaponry in battle. He is extremely fast, in GokaiKiller form or out of it. He’s also very vain in either form.

  History:
  
  Rei’s past is mostly unknown, as he changed his name when he was older. He started as a bounty hunter who ignored the Zangyack on the Gokaiger’s home planet. When the Zangyack went after him, angered at his appearance and interference, they recruited him instead, seeing a great use in him. He always did things in his effeminate manner, often surprising foes, making him one of Zangyack’s best when it came to a quick takedown, as he was never taken seriously. Stealth, not so much, as he stood out too much, and refused to change.
  
  After Basco failed to eliminate the Gokaigers, Rei was brought in. He surprised Giles and Basco along with the others by his possession of a red and gold Mobirate and his own selection of Ranger Keys; the Villain Keys. He refused to tell where he got his supplies from, and headed down to eliminate the Gokaigers.

  Rei sat on a large pipe in a factory area, filing his nails. Damaras and a troop of Gormin and Sugormin came in, with Damaras shouting his name.
  
  Rei looked up, “Don’t interrupt when I do my nails,” he said simply, looking down to his nails again, filing once more, whistling softly to himself.
  
  “Rei!” Damaras screamed at him.
  
  He looked up, “Fine, what do you want?” he asked, very irate.
  
  “I want you to eliminate those damned Gokaigers!” he shouted.
  
  “First off, we don’t know where they are,” he said, “What do you want me to do? Find them at the same time?”
  
  “Just do your damned job, bounty hunter,” Damaras hissed.
  
  “Fine, fine,” Rei replied, swinging his legs off of the pipe. He closed his file and placed it into his breast pocket, “Off I go,” he said, walking away.

You know I've always wanted to see a badguy who uses a nail file while he's not fighting. Still not sure why. Either way this is badass and approved. I'm going to PM Benjy and ask if we can put his character up for adoption, that way we'll have the whole team plus Marvellous as Akared.

When I was making this profile, I thought of AbareKiller for obvious reasons, well, in the planning stages hours before. I thought "What was Killer's weapon? A quill pen. I need some weird weapon for GokaiKiller now," looked to my right on the windowsill while watching the fourth Jesse Stone TV movie, saw a nail file, a little gold one that flips open and closed. Decided to make that a knife weapon for him.

Face claim? Who fits a pirate like Basco, with the flair he brings in the later Gokai episodes? Kamen Rider Rey! Well, he already had long nails and filed them in the movie multiple times I believe, so I just stuck with it.

Description: He wears somewhat flashy pirate clothing, with a green and gold tunic, brown belt, white and red furred coat, and black pirate hat, with black boots and red pants.

  Appearance: The powers of Changeman, Flashman and Maskman have given him a mutant-like form, rather than an armored form. Due to utilizing more than two powers at once, his body becomes unstable, but incredibly powerful. He may not return to human form again by continual use.
  Transformation: See above; plays and all three energies come to him at once. His body ripples and he screams as his body is manipulated by the powers, changed. It burns him, causing his flesh to ripple and change. This takes over his body, instead of going over it as armor.
  Weapons and Abilities: Strength, speed, resilience to nearly unbeatable levels. He can vanish in a crimson blur, unable to be seen. His strength is unrivaled due to this unstable, raw power. He can throw energy bolts of pure destructive energy, raise nearly unbreakable energy shields, and is just all around powerful. The drawback is that he can only hold the form for a few minutes, lest he risk losing his humanity altogether.

• “Ranger Trumpet”; Basco’s trumpet that can summon Ranger Keys into puppets for him to command, and can also steal Grand Powers in a very painful process, but not from the Gokaigers, only the legacies.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Basco is a sly, cocky man who enjoys being an annoyance to others, not usually coming off as cruel in his words, but rather his actions. He believes in discarding something to gain something better, and desires treasure and power. He’s a skilled fighter, able to fight the Gokaigers even in his normal form. He’ll hurt anyone he has to in order to get what he wants. He’s very reserved and calm, but has started to break down since losing his Sixth Ranger Keys, forced to rely on his blaster weapon and his Extra Hero Keys, which were also lost. Now he is regaining his composure as he gains Grand Powers, but has forced himself to ally with Rei Fuyu, whom he actually enjoys the company of, seeing Sally as useless at this point and allowing his monkey to be defeated and killed in battle gaining a Grand Power. Discard to gain something better.
Strengths:

Weaknesses:

• Not very trustworthy; if he finds something better, he gets rid of the previous, no matter what.
  
• Has problems with his mentality as time goes on.
  
• He doesn’t take enemies seriously, especially Marvelous.
  

History: He met AkaRed many years ago, becoming one of the Red Pirates alongside Marvelous. As time went on, and they collected Ranger Keys, he grew jealous of the relationship between Marvelous and AkaRed and betrayed them to Zangyack for money and power. He attempted to steal the Ranger Keys, but lost them.

Working for the Zangyack, he went on and found the Sixth Ranger and Extra Hero Keys and began to use them as his pawns. He managed to capture Marvelous’s crew, but lost them when Marvelous came to meet him again. He lost his Sixth Ranger Keys in the ensuing battle, but at least he managed to force the crew to split apart.

Over time, he lost most of his Extra Hero Keys to Joe and Ahim, with help from Pieter (unknowingly), and lost the Keys he hunted again as Pieter found them first. At some time between losing to Marvelous and a year later when the crew reformed, he lost Sally when fighting the GoGoV/Lightspeed Rescue (whatever) team, but stole their Grand Power in the process, giving himself an armored, powerful fighting form to use. He also allied with Rei Fuyu/GokaiKiller for the sake of revenge as the crew reformed.

Now he’s fighting against Pieter, trying to get the other Keys, and hunting down the Grand Powers and Marvelous’s crew.
