"I'm sorry I couldn't have prevented it sooner." Jasmine said as she opened the door and walked inside with Sakura, shutting the door behind her, then she removed the outer layer of the Chief's uniform and turned back to her, just in case Sakura wanted to be held.

Sakura hugged her tightly and cried into her, "It-it's okay...I knew that you would rescue me" she said smiling.

Jasmine stroked her hair softly, "I'm glad you knew that." she said, "Come over here, you can get comfortable this way." she added, walking over to the couch and sitting down before holding a hand up to Sakura.

Sakura went up to her and sat down next to her as she laid her head down on her shoulder.

Jasmine smiled a little, "It's okay." she said, turning over on her side slightly. "Come here." she said gently, gathering Sakura into a heart-felt hug that would let Sakura relax and start to put the incident behind her.

Sakura shuffled over to Jasmine and she leaned her head on her chest and slowly closed her eyes before going to sleep, exhausted and traumatised from what had just happened.

Jasmine smiled at Sakura resting peacefully, stroking her hair softly before leaning forward a little over Sakura and resting her head on the top of the couch, holding Sakura close as she went to sleep too.
