The prison in Toronto wasn't all notable. Grey concrete and grey steel make for rather bland but sturdy buildings. The officer at the front desk looks up at Bridge in surprise. "Let me get this straight? You want to see the junkie actress who murdered a priest because she was seen in Japan during some kind of demon invaison. I didn't mishear you at all?"

Bridge paused and nodded.
"Yes ..." He said, only just realising how ridiculous what he just said was.

The officer sighs. "I'm supposed to call security and have them take people who come in here talking about demons to CAMH* but just between you and me. I've seen some pretty weird stuff on the street lately. You can come in but I'm wirting the reason for your questioning as accesory to drug trafficing."
"Security, transfer Prisoner 24601 to room 324 for interogation." He says over the intercom and leads you to an interogation room where Jennifer is already waiting for you. She's wearing a standard prisoner uniform but it's a pale white instead of the usual orange.
"Don't ask, the new kid in Laundry went crazy on the bleach." The officer explains before you even get a chance to ask.
"I'll turn the audio off on the feed and say the mic was broken but if things look too weird in there I got to call security so be careful kid." He says leaving you to your own devices.

Bridge sat down in front of her and waited for the guard to go.
"You tried to kill me," He told her "Tokyo, three weeks ago, you Azrael and a ton of Jamanga started tearing Tokyo apart, why?"

"I didn't kill him. I tried to save him." Jennifer says not looking up.
"I thought they were just dreams at first. I'd blackout and then wake up, usually in my apartment but sometimes elsewhere. It wasn't until I woke up in Japan that I figured that something was up."

"I don't expect you to." She says still not looking directly at Bridge.
"No more than I expect them to believe that I was the servant of an Angel that wants to destroy the world for some reason." She says pointing towards the door and the others outside of it.
"Only three people could vouch for me. One of them is dead. Another an Angel who I betrayed. The other...wait you were in Japan? You're one of those cop Rangers." She looks up at Bridge at last.
"You know the real killer."

"She's an assasin there was nothing to show it was her and I was right there at the crime scene." Jennifer says.
"Would you believe an actress who walked off set of her only gig in years because on an 'Angel' who then turns up on the other side of the country standing over an a corpse?" She asks making air quotes with the word Angel.
"Even I thought I was on something for the first while."

"I was there to talk. I wanted him to get me away from Azrael, to help the Rangers." Jennifer starts to explains.
"He purified the nail for me and when they got back he was going to introduce me to them and let me join them but then she came and..." She finishes her words trailing off as she relives the memory.
"Maybe it's for the best I'm in here. I can't hurt anyone else anymore."
