"Hey come on I am a pretty nice guy!" The kick landed with a thud to the chest of Keiji who made no objections, instead controlled his path backwards while covering himself with multitudes of shot from his D-sword Vega, now in gun mode again. Peppering his opponent, aiming for the vitals however in a messy pattern. One hard to discern. After gaining some ground with his foot, now a bit of distance between the two he kept on firing at his enemy. "So you didn't take that one, huh? Looks like there's something to it afterall!"

"I just got sick of taking your shots," Katsumi said, actively dodging now. He rolled behind a pillar in the lobby and drew his Lost Driver, attaching it to his waist. He drew up his Eternal Gaia Memory and walked out, clicking it.
"Eternal"
"Henshin!" he screamed, slamming it down into his Driver and casting it open.
"Eternal" As his Gaia Memory spoke again, a small white hurricane of energy formed around him, causing him to transform into the blue and white cape wearing Kamen Rider Eternal. He drew up his Eternal Edge knife and ran forward.

"Hen... shin...?" Keiji was in for a bit of a surprise. The... well mostly normal criminal he was trying to apprehend was actually a rider? This pissed Keiji off like nothing else would. A rider is a symbol of justice, just like him, and though it would be naive to expect everyone given such a great power to turn out well and good he hated seeing the bad side. All of the muscles in his body now on fire, his D-sword Vega returning to it's blade mode, catching his opponents blade in the mouth of the dog of it's hilt. "I won't let you get away! Not ever! I am... taking you in... I am.... DekaMaster!"
Activating his blade this time, a massive torrent of flaming shooting out toward his opponent originating from the mouth of the dog.

"You're finally serious?" Katsumi questioned, leaping aside and rolling. He knew that the Blade Buckle in the briefcase was safe, so why not?
He closed his Driver, pulled his Memory out, and activated the Maximum Drive; Eternal Requiem.
"Eternal, Maximum Drive" rang out.
An EMP pulse shot out of Eternal, going after DekaMaster, about to disable his form.
I figured that with DekaMaster disabled, and a cryptic hint about Blade, he would go to find it. Let me know if you don't want that, and I'll change this post.

Shooting back against the wall, his DekaMaster form fading off of him. His back cracking as it hit the hard wall, though saved from serious damage by some last minute contorting. Slowly falling to the floor, laughing a bit under his breath. "Man..." Huffing a little. "That was a pretty good one but... I can't just play dead." Picking himself up slowly he pointed to the man. "I am going to have to take you in. You can just come quietly..."

"The only way you can stop me is by transforming," Katsumi sneered, then decided to do his job, "Tenth floor; you have five minutes before I come after you."
He walked in front of the door, preventing Keiji's escape.

"Tenth... floor..." Sucking in a large gust of air again, holding it for a moment before falling back casually into the elevator behind him which Katsumi had exited earlier. Flicking the large '10' button with his thumb while in his descent. Sitting on the floor as the elevator slowly began to rise, each click of the large steel cable in his mind. "Transform? I can't return to the DekaMaster form for a little while..." Taking his badge out, the EMP causing the entire system of it to do a hard reboot. Ten minutes at least it would take. No communication, no anything.
Why he was even going he did not understand. "I should be sleeping..." At the tenth floor he arrived to an abandoned office space. Observing his surroundings, taking it all in. "Perfect plan for a counter attack... let's see..." He could see no clear advantage. With such a time constraint it would be difficult to do much of anything. He could jump out the window, though ten stories was a bit of a stretch while not in DekaMaster form. Looking over the desks he could see the usual, pens, paper, ink, nothing that would be of much use.
Then it caught his eye, a large briefcase that was obviously out of place. Moving toward it slowly before unlocking the latches. "Not even locked...?" On opening it he could see what would appear to be a belt buckle, next to it a single card that read "Change Beetle.". Keiji's memory kicked into effect and recognized this to be a Kamen Rider belt, he understood the clue given to him by his enemy downstairs. Just as Keiji picked up the buckle and the card, five minutes were up...

Katsumi had slowly walked up the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. By the time five minutes were up, Keiji had found the power of Blade.
"Good; fight me," Katsumi hissed, drawing his knife up and racing through the emptier area at Keiji.

Keiji had seen enough riders to know how this went, smacking the belt onto his waist, the strap fitting around his body and securing itself to him. Inserting the card into the belt itself, raising his hand in the air. "Hen-" Pulling his arm down, fingers catching the lever on the belt itself. With a tug his mouth opened again. "Shin!" The buckle face flipped over revealing a golden spade with black background.
A loud sound reverberating from the buckle with the phrase "Turn Up". In front of him a large hologram of a spade appeared and enveloped Keiji. On coming out of it he was now in his completed Ace form or so it was called. Pulling the large blade from his side, the same side where his D-sword Vega is held in DekaMaster form, he caught the blade of his opponent and parried to the side.
"Very interesting... you are an odd man. I will show you what it really means to be a Kamen Rider."

"You wish you could have that strength," Katsumi sneered, pulling his weapon back. He flipped his weapon back, holding the knife up, "Come on,"

"I don't need power to show it to you." Raising the blade in the air again, slowly bringing it down in a stance. The first rule of the unbeatable Galaxy Sword Style now in effect. When you can't beat an opponent in speed, cut them down with unstoppable strength. Barely able to become accustomed to his new powers, Keiji already needed to test them. His body feeling light, this suit had a strange effect on him. The sword in position now, slowly exhaling Keiji vanished from view with great speed, appearing to the left side of his opponent and making a motion that seemed to be an attack, however it was merely a feint. The instant his opponent reacted to this movement, Keiji dashed to his opponents back. A blind spot. With a massive cut of his blade in a horizontal motion that would be sure to cleave anything in it's path, the connection of the blow was almost certain in his mind.

Katsumi span around, ducked and rolled to avoid the slash that would have probably knocked him out of his henshin.
"Strong and fast, I can see," Katsumi said, closing his Driver again and taking his Memory. He placed it into the slot of his Eternal Edge, activating his second Maximum Drive.
"Eternal, Maximum Drive"
"Bloody Hell Blade!" Katsumi screamed, slashing a shockwave attack forward with immense power.

"Tch, shit!" Absorbing most of the blow with his new blade, still knocking him back quite a distance and throwing Keiji to the floor. Looking at the blade, his body began to move almost as if it was guiding him toward something. Reaching out to it, grabbing it, picking himself up if only barely. His transformation had stayed but only barely. He surely had broken some ribs with that massive shock of energy. His hand moving again, pressing a button on the side of the sword causing the bottom to erupt into a fan of cards. Pulling out three cards as if on instinct and swiping them through his blade.
"Kick Locust, Thunder Deer, Mach Jaguar. Combo complete." With his now superhuman speed Keiji was in the air before even he knew it, leg extended in a kick. Body now covered in an intense bolt of lightning, aimed directly at his opponent which he would attempt to cut right through.
"Lightning... sonic!" Yelling at the top of his lungs, naming techniques was quite the specialty of Keiji.

"Shit," Katsumi muttered as he took the blow. He went down, his body smashing across the floor, chipping and tearing it up with the force he flew at. He slammed into the window, crashing through the armored plating.
Katsumi was effectively defeated. On the outside, he used his knife to slow his fall; his form held long enough to make it happen. He panted with effort, his form vanishing. He fell the rest of the way, smashing his body, which repaired after a few moments. He got up and staggered away, his job complete.
Keiji had the Blade powers. New data would now come in, and it looked as if they had chosen the best man to receive this power.

The number on Keiji's blade read 1200 now, from it's previous 5000. Gasping a bit, the henshin faded. "I guess I... have a limit myself, eh?" His badge now blaring.
"Emergency, emergency, Keiji you are needed!" Clicking the top of his badge, speaking slowly into it.
"Oy, yeah... I am on it..." Standing by the broken window, watching as the man who almost killed him scurried away. What was the force with which he was given? Tapping his fingers on the buckle, no longer showing the golden spade. Snapping his fingers, new resolve burning in him like embers amongst a long dead fire. Igniting his soul ablaze. "It's time to go."
