So, I tried to work in some of the stuff I read here but also wanna see if anyone's interested in getting involved.
Basically, Giga's from a future where the Riders lost, which seems to be a future that people are aware of, he's just from further along in that timeline. Now, since he's come back, his main goal is to prevent that future from ever arising so he has to change some key details he knows of. Now, what these details ARE I haven't decided, but it's sort of independent of the real 'Shadow VS Wild Rider' fight since in Giga's world the two forces were different, so it doesn't need to encroach on their territory.
Either way, is anyone up for helping Kyo change the past and by extension the future? Also, if anyone wants to claim the identity of the Great Leader or the Girl with the Gun (as in, it was their character in some form or other) that would also be awesome.
I think the first plot-line's going to be preventing someone getting converted into a Cyborg, but after that I'm still unsure.

Kiriha (Rider 1) will help for the most part, if you're going after Shocker at all, since you mentioned the Great Leader. He'll also try to recruit Giga into his Rider Army, though it doesn't matter if you accept or not.

That's a good point, I forgot we had a Rider-1. That'd make sense for a team up since they're both Cyborgs after Shocker.

Right! Got more details now
The real plot's going to start with a Shocker attack on a politicans campaign trail with his daughter. The politician's name is Harada Jiro and his daughter, Fumie. Jiro is renowned for being in great shape and is considered a shoe-in for getting a seat in the cabinet. So Shocker wish to recruit him, obviously, for the power they'd gain. Despite their efforts, he manages to evade them until he reaches a nearby town.
Inside the town, Shocker begins to attack once more, only this time drawing the attention of whatever local heroes are about. Unfortunately, one Kaijin manages to accidentally kill the politician and manages to make Fumie scream, but for some reason she recieves images of the future where Shocker rules. Escaping, she finds Kyo and recognises him from her vision. Begging for help, Kyo saves her and learns afterwards that she is seeing flashes of the events that lead to Shocker's ruling the world.
Using a notebook and with some difficulty, she manages to write a list of titles of people she believes can help them, the list consists of a few title they can understand and a number they can't, this list is.
The Seer- Fumie
The Last- Giga
The Avenger-
The Vigilant-
The First- (Kamen Rider 1, but they wouldn't know this)
The Hope-
The Light-
The Messiah-
The King-
The Beginner-
The Wrath-
Fumie doesn't know if this is all, but the names listed are for those she knows will be instrumental in stopping Shocker.

So, yeah, anyone involved who wants a role lemme know and I'll write them in. I probly won't list them until they're discovered, to keep the surprise, but yeah. Also, the things they need to change will probably be quite branching to involve the character. So, any more interest?

I'd like to suggest Arthur/ Kamen Rider Sonnet if that's okay. Maybe his uber awesome angelic form (Othello) could be The Light or The Hope? Or his evil psychotic Iago form could be The Wrath?
But yeah, it's up to you.
