The Earl laughed, "If you're looking for candidates," the Earl said, "there is one that I can recommend though I do not know if she is compatible with either plague or famine, there is this woman, Nakida Sassu who is Kyle Cross' girlfriend, which no doubt you would have met during the events in Toronto, but that is besides the point...she is a Kamen Rider wannabe and can easily be manipulated. Perhaps she is the one you are looking for."

"No there needs to be a Rider system for the Horseman to interact with. Short of digging up a Kivat or having her take up taiko drumming there is little I could do with her." Azrael sighs.

The Earl chuckled, "Then there is no one I can think of...what about Damien Drake, the Fangire King, he may be a complete fool and arrogant but perhaps if you persuade him he can become a useful tool for this plan."

"Fangire and Angels do not have a good history but no. There is someone, someone who hates Den-O nearly as much as you do, second only to his hatred of DiEnd." Azrael smiles as he goes through the papers on his desk and pulls out a picture of what looks to be a police themed Rider. "A man lost in time seeking to undo the past wrongs of DiEnd and Den-O. Sounds like a fine Famine to me."

The Earl looked at the profile and smiled, "Perfect...someone who hates Den-O just like me, I'm sure we would make a fine team...but tell me what are his motives for possibly joining with you?"

"Cronos owe me a few favors. I've been stopping time travelers from killing Hitler since before he was born. He can spare the fact that DiEnd stole a single trinket from the timestream." Azrael explains.

"And I'm guessing that trinket was something important to this man?" the Earl asked, "anyway how is your cover as a bishop? Have the Fallen Rangers compromised your secret identity? Or they still in the dark about it?"

"They are aware of who I am but they have no proof to expose me and no capacity to confront me." Azrael explains.

"It won't be long though" the Earl said, "they practically revealed themselves at the funeral to the world who they were...they may take that as an indication to attack you. But as for the capacity...that I would have to agree with, they were quiet weak against me, I could easily defeat them with one of my spells."

"They are young and inexperienced. Their powers will grow all too quickly the more they fight." Azrael sighs.
"They have already surpassed the White Ranger."

"Worse...according to reports from Wild Space Corp. the White Ranger has betrayed you and are now working with the Fallen Rangers, apparently the priest purified the nail that you gave her...you wouldn't happen to have the other two nails would you?" the Earl explained and asked.

((She betrayed Azrael but she's in jail being charged for killing Rev. Matthews. The Rangers don't know that she didn't do it yet.))
"I am aware of that. Of course without my guidance she won't be too capable either." Azrael explains.
"She'll be a long way behind her counterparts."

(Ah right)
"That is a relief" the Earl said, "but still perhaps it would be better if I 'eliminate' her before she gets too troublesome."

"No, no. She's harmless with the nail in the evidence locker. If it looks like she may cause problems I'll send a Seraph after her. It would not be worth your time." Azrael says.
"You focus on Wild Corp and Den-O."

"That I can arrange," the Earl said, "so when do I expect to meet this man that you so graciously recruited?"
