Description: Ezekiel Iris is a pale tall figure and always has been. But now his eyes have gone black and seem to bleed constantly which has led to him staying inside a lot (His eyes are extremely sensetive to light). He wears dark colors, black's and navy blue's, tight jeans and dark coats. His condition has led to him coughing and bleeding onto most of his clothes so there are brown stains on most of them.

Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Chinomanako
Henshin Device/Sequence: Ezekiel transforms into Chinomanako through the use of a black gun based off of Kamen Rider Diend's Diendriver called the "Iris-fector". Except rather than shoot into the sky Ezekiel places the device to his arm and injects an extra dose of the virus directly into his bloodstream. This causes his body to mutate quickly and then for the extra armour to sprout from his from his head and shoulders.
Forms:

• Form Name: Plague Form
  Appearance: Image. Plague form is similar to Kamen Rider Diend, but there are several differences. First of all is the fact that rather than a black suit underneath most of his arms and lower body are covered by scary looking eyes. These aren't merely decorations either, they're real eyes that blink and can see, they look exactly like his own eyes but larger. The armour that goes over his head and shoulders is made of lot's and lot's of long spikes with gaps between them. These gaps can release airborne jets of the Oculus Cruor virus.
  Transformation: See above.
  Weapons and Abilities: As we said above Plague Form is basically an advanced delivery system for the Oculus Cruor virus. It can be released from the armour (At high enough pressures it allows Ezekiel to jump high distances), or by touch, or with his Irisfector gun. To infect someone with the disease he can either pull the gun out into it's "Sniper Mode" which fires darts, or the shorter "Injection Mode" which stabs a hypodermic needle quickly into his target at point blank range. In this form he also gains an incredible amount of strength and speed.
  Finisher(s): Rider Gouge, Rider Gouge is a rather nasty attack where Ezekiel stabs an electrically charged, poisoned needle into his enemy's eye. If they're wearing a visor they might survive but if your eye is exposed, then the hapless victim is infected with Oculus Cruor.
  

Other Equipment:

• Ezekiel carry's a silver case that contains his transformation gun, and extra darts for it.
  
• A large black horse with bleeding, blacked out eyes (named Twinkle) that Ezekiel can summon from Heaven.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Ezekiel used to be a lovely man. He'd do whatever a beautiful woman asked him to. He was a gentle kid who loved to help people. Polite and intelligent, Ezekiel was rather quiet and loved school (unlike a lot of his classmates) he had a fascination with eyeballs from an early age and got in a lot of trouble at nursery (kindergarten, is that what you guys call it?) for poking people's eyeballs. When he grew up he got less quiet still polite, studious and helpful but with a more active social life. But there was still that thing with the eyes.

But since becoming Chinomanako he's gotten a lot darker. He doesn't like what he's done, or what he's becoming and wants to make things right. But Azrael said he'd give him a cure after he's wreaked havoc upon the world. So he'll keep killing and inflicting suffering until he's done ... He doesn't have a choice.
Strengths:

• Very knowledgeable about eyes.
  
• Unfailingly polite and apologetic, even when stabbing people in the eye.
  
• Has shades of an omnidisciplinary scientist and can quickly adapt to other scientific fields, even those of chemistry and physics.
  

Weaknesses:

• Can't touch people.
  
• Incapable of crying. Yes that is a weakness, it means that he has fairly sh*t anger management.
  
• His eyes are bleeding and he's got fairly poor eyesight.

History: Ezekiel was a man driven by love. As soon as he met the woman of his dreams he did everything she asked. She asked him to jump and he brought in a trampoline. She asked him to have sex with her and he obliged. And when this woman asked him to stop her crying ... well, he tried his very best.

Ezekiel graduated from Harvard university with a degree in biology. He was very good at eyes, he was obsessed by them. Many people expected him to become an optician but instead, he wanted to research more about eyes. He joined a large pharmaceutical firm and got sent to the Japanese branch. That was where he met Hinaki Saitou. The two didn't really fall in love, it was more like Hinaki used Ezekiel to do things for her.

And then, one night when drunk/ upset/ angry she ordered Ezekiel to stop people crying. He obliged, setting to work on creating a chemical compound that would stop crying by blocking off the tear ducts. The first test-subject developed really dry eyes, the seconds fell out and there wasn't a third, no one wanted to be the guinea pig. So he turned it on himself, the result was ... not pretty.
Anything Else: Oculus Cruor is a viral microorganism that shuts off the tear ducts. This can result in death from either fluid loss (It causes violent nosebleeds and vomiting as well as bleeding from the eyes). Blood pressure increasing twentyfold and blowing up the sufferers eyes or simply choking on their own mucus. It's not a nice thing to get =/

He coughed and spluttered some more, people around him walking in the opposite direction as he threw up into a bin. He lifted his head up, his hands were shaking, his knees were trembling and he could barely s-
*Haaak!* *Cough!*
More vomit, this time mixed with blood came down his chin as he stumbled forwards, tripped and fell.

Ezekiel kept coughing, throwing up his stomach lining onto the steps of the church. He looked up with blacked out, blood soaked eyes. He could just about make out a person.
"H-help me ..." He whispered.
