[Azrael]

"Azrael." The Ranger replies in what borders on the most obvious statement made in quite a long time.

The fireball hits her and knocks her back into a tree, more fire would not be advised unless you are prepared for a forest fire.

[Clive Edingburgh]

"Then you are an enemy," Clive stated as he formed the Void Sword and prepared for his finisher, he flew high above the Ranger before swooping towards her and slashing her five times in quick succession.

Cross dodges away from the arrows and raises his gun firing, not at the angels, but at the tree branch they're sitting on.

[Azrael]

The blade strikes the Ranger knocking her down and forcing her back to her human form. The white Ranger is once more Jennifer Blake and unconsious.

The tree branch falls along with a pair of chubby little men about two feet tall with tiny wings that couldn't possibly carry their weight hanging off of their backs. Each one clutches a golden crossbow and has a mouth filled with millions of needle like teeth. Cherubim you're guessing.

[Official term is Putto, or Pitto (Not sure about Pitto). Just putting it out there. Cherubim have four heads, each a different animal. And related to the Lords IG, IMO.]

((I am aware of that but the general layman who hasn't researched Angels like Kyle would assume they were Cherbium.))

Clive checked Jennifer's body to see if she was being possessed and could find nothing except a mark that stank of Azrael's power, "She's an agent of Azrael" he muttered.

Kyle takes aim and starts firing at them, if the bullets don't hurt (which he's doubtful they will) they'll at least provide a bit of chaos, maybe even a workable distraction if he's lucky.

[Azrael]

The Bullets do hurt the minor angels but only enough to make them mad. They fly up into the air and let off another burst of arrows.

Sitting next to Jennifer is the prop she had on her arm with a rather conspicuous rusty piece of metal sticking out of it. Since the light started from the wound that prop made it might bare closer examination.

[Clive Edingburgh]

Clive picked up the prop to see that it was a nail, and not just any nail...it was one of the three nails used to crucify Jesus Christ, "Azrael's got some nasty toy here" Clive muttered.

Kyle rolled round the corner to avoid the arroOW! He growled, looked at his foot and reached forward pulling it out. It burned like God knows what (and he probably did). Kyle looked up at the angel's and started firing.

[Don't ask why, but I just exalted that post. xD]

[Azrael]

Content with striking Kyle's foot the Angels fly off to deal with other things elsewhere leaving the detective to his own devices again.

As Clive says that a barrage of arrows come from the trees towards Clive and Patriot. They don't seem to be particularly aimed well, almost as if they were just meant as a distraction.

Patriot and Clive dodged the arrows and took cover, "I can't see where they're coming from" Ziva said, while the others looked around the area to look for the attackers. Clive then realised something and looked to where Jennifer was to find her gone, "Damn it...they were distractions to take Jennifer away."

[Azrael]

As Clive says that he feels a pair of tiny hands tug on his arm trying to grab the Transformizer from him. It's a Pitto and an ugly one too.
