The bullet strikes true and knocks Jennifer flat on her back and forcing her to demorph. Outside there are sirens blaring. "Yeah, I called the cops too."

Fiorella chuckled, "Smart girl...tell your other friends that they shouldn't have pissed off a powerful angel, goodbye" Fiorella then ran to the window and smashing through it landed, hard, on the top of a car. Winded she got herself calibrated before getting up and quickly making an escape.

The police burst into the Church and made their way to the office. Since Fiorela beat it the person standing over the corpse was the first suspect and was dragged away to the station with the murder charges hanging over her head and the only people who could vouche for her being an Angel upset at her betrayal and a wayward assasin.
"No good deed goes unpunished then." Jennifer mutters as she's thrown in the back of the van.
