Rider Stuff
Name: Shocker Rider
Henshin Device/Sequence: A Typhoon transformation belt similar to Kamen Rider 1 and 2's. Wind pressure spins the wheel in the belt, which activates the transformation. This is typically done by jumping high in the air, where pressure activates the henshin. The Henshin is the same for each of the Shocker Riders, but all three have their unique twist on it.

Appearance:
Transformation: Josef strikes the signature Shocker salute before jumping into the air, where the wind-pressure triggers the transformation.
Weapons and Abilities: Enhanced strength and agility, on par with (And perhaps superior to) that of Kamen Rider 1 and 2. Micro-missiles installed in the fingers.
Finisher(s): Rider Kick- A standard, but powerful, aerial kick. Has several variations.
Rider Chop- A powerful karate chop.
Other Equipment:- Shocker Machine (Motorcycle)

Inside Stuff
Personality: Josef is a calm, collected individual who never lets his temper get the best of him. He is an ideal Shocker soldier: cruel, loyal, and detached from any unneeded emotions.
He is, however, a bit too loyal to Shocker; he is unwilling to do anything that he has not been ordered to do, and is hesitant to trust groups outside of Shocker's field of influence.
Strengths:- Intensely loyal to his comrades
- Calm, calculating personality.
- Very skilled combatant due to Shocker's genetic experimentation.
Weaknesses:- Has a very 'by-the-book' combat mentality.
- Over-confidence in the abilities of Shocker.
- Almost fanatical hatred of the Kamen Riders.
History: Josef was one of several orphans adopted by Shocker as part of a special project. From his childhood, Josef was experimented on in the hopes of creating an unstoppable Shocker kaijin.
For Josef, the experiment was not a complete success, but he and five other children were turned into a special group of 'Rider Exterminators'-- six Shocker Riders who were employed to hunt down and kill and Kamen Rider who got in the way of Shocker's goals. Josef, who over time had grown to seen Shocker as a sort of family, was more than happy to do this.

Transformation: Charles gets a running start before jumping into the air, allowing his transformation to begin before he actually becomes airborne.

Finisher(s): Rider Kick- A standard, but powerful, aerial kick. Has several variations.
Rider Slam- A pro-wrestling style body slam.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Charles is a very intelligent, selfish person, who only sees others as tools to further his own goals. He only acts if there is something beneficial to gain, and works for Shocker purely out of the hopes that he will one day be promoted to a rank of real importance.
Charles is also very realistic, and knows that Shocker is not as great as it once was; he is constantly scheming, hoping for a chance to use Shocker's weakness to his advantage.
Strengths:- Shrewd, scheming mind-set.
- Ability to improvise during battle
- The quickest of the three Shocker Riders
Weaknesses:- Very self-centered
- General lack of loyalty to those around him
- Very disagreeable personality.
History: Like Josef, Charles was one of several orphans taken in by Shocker in the hopes of creating an army of augmented humans. Charles was one of several test subjects who proved to have a certain immunity to the usual mutation process, and so he was instead transformed into a Shocker Rider.

Hair color/style: Black; it is in a frizzy, unkempt style that's fairly... poofy.

Description: Kakuei has a short, strong build when standing next to the other Shocker Riders. Compared to his comrades, Kakuei dresses very casually, wearing simple button-up shirts or other simple clothes.

Rider Punch- A powerful punch with several variations.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Kakuei can come off as a bit of a goofy idiot, not fully understanding situations or misunderstanding them to an extreme. The truth is, he is very intelligent, and acts like a character from a comedy routine so as to be deemed unthreatening. He is very good at keeping up this act, and even his fellow Shocker Riders think he is an idiot.
Deep down, Kakuei is a very devious person who is, more than anything else, a sadist. He delights in using his facade to trick people, and only reveals his true self when he is alone with his target.
Strengths:- Very devious mind-set.
- Strongest, physically, of the Shocker Riders.
- Is very good at playing the fool...
Weaknesses:- ...But can be, at times, a bit too in-character.
- Short temper when things don't go his way.
- Overconfidence in his own intelligence.
History: Kakuei is the oldest of the Shocker Riders. This is because he wasn't an orphan like the others, but the son of one of Shocker's top scientists. The scientist, short on test subjects for the project that the orphans had been recruited for, was forced to use his own son. Like Josef and Charles, Kakuei wasn't able to be mutated into a kaijin.
What was left of his body after the experimentation was modified into a Shocker Rider.

Sample RP: "There. In the seat behind you."
Charles stopped watching the scenery whiz past the train and looked over his shoulder casually at the person Josef had pointed out. There was a man sitting there, reading a paper, with a suitcase next to him. The Kougami Foundation's logo decorated the case's front.
"That's the mark?" Charles asked. Josef nodded and leaned back in his seat.
"According to our information, he's either a Rider or is carrying Rider technology," he whispered. "We're to eliminate him and secure the suitcase."
Kakuei yawned a bit, but did his best to stay a part of the conversation. "I wonder what kind of a Rider he is... probably one of the ones that look like bugs..."
Charles looked around the train-car. There were a few people there, but there was no CCTV. Even if there was, it wouldn't be much of a problem for the three of them.
"We should take him now," he suggested. "The witnesses shouldn't be a problem if we work quick."
Josef shook his head. "We're to wait until the train stops. Then, we follow him to somewhere secluded and finish him off there."
"Then again, we look like bugs..." Kakuei mused, now speaking mostly to himself. "I wonder why these scientist guys like bugs so much..."
Ignoring Kakuei's thoughts, Charles groaned and leaned back. "We'll save ourselves a lot of trouble if we just kill him now. We don't want any other Riders finding out ab--"
"Hey, where'd that guy go?"
Caught off-guard by Kakuei's question, Charles looked back over his shoulder and saw that the man had very hurriedly left his seat. Josef, apparently just noticing this, too, was at a loss for words.
"He must have heard us talking," Charles hissed as he got out of the booth. "I told you we should have just done it here."
"I have no idea what to do in this sort of situation," Josef admitted as he and Kakuei followed Charles's lead. "Charles, perhaps it's best if you take charge."
Charles nodded, and a smile appeared on his face. He unbuttoned his jacket, revealing the Typhoon buckler hidden beneath. His comrades followed suit, and the trio prepared to transform.
No time for a running start, they would all have to perform Kakuei's Henshin-- the pose. Moving their arms in a clockward motion, they stopped and pulled their left arms inward.
"HENSHIN."
The wind produced was just enough to get the wheels in their bucklers spinning and, in a brilliant flash of colors, the three assumed their Rider forms.
"Kakuei," Charles said, turning his identical face to another, "stay here and take care of the passengers. Josef and I will finish the mark."
Kakuei nodded, and his fists began to spark before their work even began. Not waiting for him to start, Josef and Charles ran in the direction that the carrier had gone. - Shocker Machine (Motorcycle)
